1、适用范围

本说明书规定了布袋除尘器的使用条件、考核标准、设备调整、试运转、操作、维修保养和故障分析检修的方法及安全注意事项。
TheManualstipulatesonservicecondition,assessmentcriteria,equipmentadjustment,testrun,operationandmaintenanceofthebag-typedustcollectoraswellasthemethodsandsafetyprecautionsforfaultanalysisandoverhaul.
2、设备概述
2.OverviewonEquipment
布袋除尘器是一种高效节能的空气净化设备，具有收尘效率高、处理烟气量大、使用寿命长、维修费用低等优点，在当前国内外对环保要求越来越高的情况下，布袋除尘得到了越来越广泛的应用。
在使用布袋除尘器时必须按本说明书操作。
本说明书未涉及的事项，应按布袋除尘器产品有关图纸和技术文件的规定处理。
Asanefficientandenergy-savingaircleaningfacility,thebag-typedustcollectorhasadvantagesofhighdustcollectionefficiency,largeflue-gasprocessingamount,longservicelifeandlowmaintenancecost.Atpresent,thereareincreasinglyhighrequirementsonenvironmentalprotectionathomeandabroad,andbag-typedustcollectionhasbeenwidelyused.Whenutilizingbag-typedustcollector,itisneededtooperateaccordingtothisManual.ThemattersnotinvolvedinthisManualshallbeprocessedaccordingtothedrawingsandtechnicaldocumentsrelatedtothebag-typedustcollectionproduct.

3、工作原理
3.WorkingPrinciple
高效布袋除尘器，是集布袋除尘器的优点，并克服原有缺点的基础上开发的新型高效除尘器。
Theefficientbag-typedustcollectorisanewtypeefficientdustcollectordevelopedonbasisofintegratingtheadvantagesofthebag-typedustcollectorandovercomingitsdisadvantages.
布袋除尘器的除尘原理：
Thedustcollectionprincipleforbag-typedustcollector:
烟气进入布袋除尘器进口烟道，在布袋除尘器内经下部气流分布进入除尘器的净化过滤室，含尘烟气在布袋外部过滤，清洁烟气从布袋顶部由引风机引出，并经烟囱排入大气;从滤袋外表面清下来的灰落入灰斗，并由灰斗下部的输灰设备输送外排。
滤袋清灰方式为在线式清灰，利用压缩空气在短时间内的急剧膨胀，使灰从滤袋外表面剥离。
Theflue-gasentersintotheentranceflueofthebag-typedustcollector,andentersintothegaspurificationroomalongwiththedistributionoftheairflowinthelowerpartinthebag-typedustcollector.Thedust-containedflue-gasisfilteredonexternalsurfaceofthebag,andthecleanflue-gasisintroducedfromthetoppartofthebagbytheinduceddraftfan,whichisdischargedtotheairthroughthechimney;theashcleanedontheexternalsurfaceofthefiltrationbagfallsintotheashhopper,andistransportedoutanddischargedthroughtheashtransportationequipmentonlowerpartoftheashhopper.Theonlinedustcleaningisadoptedforthefiltrationbagashcleaningmethod;byutilizingthesuddenexpansionofcompressedairwithinshortterm,itmakestheashseparatefromtheexternalsurfaceofthefiltrationbag.
脉冲喷吹清灰的实际过程可以描述为：
在脉冲喷吹时，清灰气流使滤袋内的压力急速上升，滤袋迅速向外膨胀，当袋壁膨胀到极限位置时，很大的张力使其受到强烈的冲击振动，并获得最大反向加速度从而开始向内收缩；但附着在滤袋表面的粉尘层不受张力作用，由于惯性力的作用而从滤袋上脱落。
Theactualprocessforpulseblowingcleaningashcanbedescribedasfollows:
Duringthepulseblowing,theashcleaningairflowleadstotherapidpressureriseinthefiltrationbag,whichexpandsoutwardlyrapidly;whenexpandingtothelimitingposition,thebagwallisappliedwithgreattension,whichleadstostrongimpactandvibrationonthebagwall;thebagobtainsthemaximumreverseacceleratedspeedandthenshrinksoutwardly;however,thedustlayerattachedtothesurfaceofthefiltrationbagisnotappliedwiththetension,whichfallsofffromthefiltrationbagbecauseoftheeffectofinertiaforce.
为了减少运行成本，延长布袋及其脉冲阀的使用寿命，我们采用了定阻模式即布袋差压平均值大于设定值差压控制、定时模式控制和手动控制三种控制方式。
Inordertoreducetheoperationcost,aswellasextendtheservicelifeofthebagandthepulsevale,weadoptthreecontrolmethods:
thefixedresistivitymodecode,i.e.,theaveragevalueofbagdifferentialpressureislargerthanthatofthesetvalue,thefixed-timemodecontrolandthemanualcontrol.
4、设备简介

除尘器结构包括电气及机械（本体）两大部分，其主要构件及功能分述如下：

4.1电气部分

布袋除尘器电气由PLC控制系统和脉冲阀及提升气缸以及仪器仪表等组成；

4.1.1.8整个控制系统采用先进的PLC控制技术，保证控制系统的检测和输出控制精度，具有完善的保护功能。
清灰控制采用自动/手动两种控制方式。
自动控制时，采用定时清灰和定阻清灰相结合清灰两种方式。
控制系统可以根据压差的变化对清灰周期进行相应调整，实现智能化控制。
4.1.1.8TheadvancedPLCcontroltechnologyisadoptedforthewholecontrolsystem,toensurethedetectionandoutputcontrolaccuracyofthecontrolsystemandprovideperfectprotection.Theauto/manualcontrolmethodsareadoptedfortheashcleaning.Thefixedtimeashcleaningmethodandthefixedresistivityashcleaningmethodareadoptedundertheautomaticcontrolmode.Theashcleaningperiodofthecontrolsystemcanbeadjustedaccordingtothechangeofthedifferentialpressure,torealizesmartcontrol.
4.1.1.9上位机控制采用显示器界面操作和上位机优化控制管理。
在控制系统上能够对布袋除尘器清灰系统的各台设备以及差压、温度等参数进行监视和操作。
通过设置相应的权限，来防止运行人员的误操作。
在上位机画面上有工艺画面和棒状图、趋势图进行数据实时显示生产信息、设备状态和故障信息，制表打印及信息存储记录。
并能够对控制系统必要的故障进行报警，通过激光打印机可以打印实时和历史曲线以及故障报警记录。
4.1.1.9Thedisplayinterfaceoperationandtheuppermachineoptimizingcontrolmanagementareadoptedfortheuppermachinecontrol,toconductsupervisionandoperationtovariousequipmentofthebag-typedustcollectorashcleaningsystemaswellasparameterssuchasdifferentialpressureandtemperaturethroughthecontrolsystem.Themisoperationofoperatorscanbeavoidedbysettingcorrespondingauthorities.Therearetechnologypictureaswellasbarchartandtendencychartontheuppermachinedisplay,todisplaytheproductioninformation,theequipmentstateandthefaultinformationinareal-timeway,anditisalsousedfortabulationprintingandinformationstoringandrecording.Itcangivealarmforthefaultsofthecontrolsystem;byutilizingthelaserprinter,itcanprintsthereal-timeandhistoricalcurveaswellasfaultalarmrecords.
4.1.2脉冲喷吹阀：

布袋喷吹系统采用3‘淹没式喷吹阀，并采用电磁控制阀通过PLC进行程序控制；

4.2机械（本体）部分

本体部分从结构来分可分为内件、外件和附属部件。
Onaspectofstructure,themainbodypartcanbedividedintointernalparts,externalpartsandattachedparts.
4.2.1内件
4.2.1InternalParts
4.2.1.1布袋及笼骨
4.2.1.1Bagsandcagebone
布袋位于布袋区的过滤室内，悬挂在花板上，布袋靠其内的笼骨进行支撑，笼骨口部固定于花板上，对布袋进行定位和固定。
布袋除尘区的滤布材质为50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFE基布，其特点是耐温性能好，耐受温度可长期在＜170℃，短期可达到200℃（每次5min,年累计＜3h）。
滤袋拆装方便、密封性好、安装可靠性高。
袋身采用PTFE缝线缝制。
笼骨采用有机硅静电喷涂防护处理，笼骨采用分节式结构，运输和安装都很方便。
Inthefiltrationroomofthebagregion,thebagishungontheceiling.Supportedbythecageinsidebone,thebagispositionedandfixedontheceilingwiththecagebonemouthpart.The50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFEbaseclothisadoptedasthematerialforthefiltrationclothinthebag-typedustcollectionregion,withthecharacteristicsofpreferabletemperatureresistanceproperty,andthetemperaturetolerancecanachieve＜170℃foralongterm,and200℃forshortterm（5minforeachtime,andannualaccumulatedtimeof＜3h）.Itisconvenientfordisassemblyandassemblyoffiltration,andwithpreferableleakproofnessandhighinstallationreliability.ThePTFEsutureisadoptedforthebagbody.Thecageboneisconductedwithorganosiliconeelectrostaticsprayingprotectiveprocessing,andthesegmentedstructure
