Overview on Equipment 布袋除尘器是一种高效节能的空气净化设备，具有收尘效率高、处理烟气量大、使用寿命长、维修费用低等优点，在当前国内外对环保要求越来越高的情况下，布袋除尘得到了越来越广泛的应用。在使用布袋除尘器时必须按本说明书操作。本说明书未涉及的事项，应按布袋除尘器产品有关图纸和技术文件的规定处理。As an efficient and energy-saving air cleaning facility, the bag-type dust collector has advantages of high dust collection efficiency

7、, large flue-gas processing amount, long service life and low maintenance cost. At present, there are increasingly high requirements on environmental protection at home and abroad, and bag-type dust collection has been widely used. When utilizing bag-type dust collector, it is needed to operate acco

8、rding to this Manual. 11、ple高效布袋除尘器，是集布袋除尘器的优点，并克服原有缺点的基础上开发的新型高效除尘器。The efficient bag-type dust collector is a new type efficient dust collector developed on basis of integrating the advantages of the bag-type dust collector and overcoming its disadvantages.布袋除尘器的除尘原理：The dust collection principle for bag-type dust collect

12、or:烟气进入布袋除尘器进口烟道，在布袋除尘器内经下部气流分布进入除尘器的净化过滤室，含尘烟气在布袋外部过滤，清洁烟气从布袋顶部由引风机引出，并经烟囱排入大气; 从滤袋外表面清下来的灰落入灰斗，并由灰斗下部的输灰设备输送外排。滤袋清灰方式为在线式清灰，利用压缩空气在短时间内的急剧膨胀，使灰从滤袋外表面剥离。The flue-gas enters into the entrance flue of the bag-type dust collector, and enters into the gas purification room along with the distribution o

13、f the air flow in the lower part in the bag-type dust collector. The dust-contained flue-gas is filtered on external surface of the bag, and the clean flue-gas is introduced from the top part of the bag by the induced draft fan, which is discharged to the air through the chimney; the ash cleaned on

14、the external surface of the filtration bag falls into the ash hopper, and is transported out and discharged through the ash transportation equipment on lower part of the ash hopper. The online dust cleaning is adopted for the filtration bag ash cleaning method; by utilizing the sudden expansion of c

15、ompressed air within short term, it makes the ash separate from the external surface of the filtration bag. 脉冲喷吹清灰的实际过程可以描述为：在脉冲喷吹时，清灰气流使滤袋内的压力急速上升，滤袋迅速向外膨胀，当袋壁膨胀到极限位置时，很大的张力使其受到强烈的冲击振动，并获得最大反向加速度从而开始向内收缩；但附着在滤袋表面的粉尘层不受张力作用，由于惯性力的作用而从滤袋上脱落。The actual process for pulse blowing cleaning ash can be des

16、cribed as follows: During the pulse blowing, the ash cleaning airflow leads to the rapid pressure rise in the filtration bag, which expands outwardly rapidly; when expanding to the limiting position, the bag wall is applied with great tension, which leads to strong impact and vibration on the bag wa

17、ll; the bag obtains the maximum reverse accelerated speed and then shrinks outwardly; however, the dust layer attached to the surface of the filtration bag is not applied with the tension, which falls off from the filtration bag because of the effect of inertia force.为了减少运行成本，延长布袋及其脉冲阀的使用寿命，我们采用了定阻模

The fixed time ash cleaning method and the fixed resistivity ash cleaning method are adopted under the automatic control mode. The ash cleaning perio

24、d of the control system can be adjusted according to the change of the differential pressure, to realize smart control.4.1.1.9上位机控制采用显示器界面操作和上位机优化控制管理。在控制系统上能够对布袋除尘器清灰系统的各台设备以及差压、温度等参数进行监视和操作。通过设置相应的权限，来防止运行人员的误操作。在上位机画面上有工艺画面和棒状图、趋势图进行数据实时显示生产信息、设备状态和故障信息，制表打印及信息存储记录。并能够对控制系统必要的故障进行报警，通过激光打印机可以打印实时

25、和历史曲线以及故障报警记录。4.1.1.9 The display interface operation and the upper machine optimizing control management are adopted for the upper machine control, to conduct supervision and operation to various equipment of the bag-type dust collector ash cleaning system as well as parameters such as differential

26、 pressure and temperature through the control system. The misoperation of operators can be avoided by setting corresponding authorities. There are technology picture as well as bar chart and tendency chart on the upper machine display, to display the production information, the equipment state and t

27、he fault information in a real-time way, and it is also used for tabulation printing and information storing and recording. It can give alarm for the faults of the control system; by utilizing the laser printer, it can prints the real-time and historical curve as well as fault alarm records.4.1.2 脉冲

29、e, the main body part can be divided into internal parts, external parts and attached parts.4.2.1 内件4.2.1 Internal Parts4.2.1.1 布袋及笼骨4.2.1.1 Bags and cage bone 布袋位于布袋区的过滤室内，悬挂在花板上，布袋靠其内的笼骨进行支撑，笼骨口部固定于花板上，对布袋进行定位和固定。布袋除尘区的滤布材质为50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFE基布，其特点是耐温性能好，耐受温度可长期在170，短期可达到200（每次5min,年累计3h）。滤袋拆装方便、

30、密封性好、安装可靠性高。袋身采用PTFE缝线缝制。笼骨采用有机硅静电喷涂防护处理，笼骨采用分节式结构，运输和安装都很方便。In the filtration room of the bag region, the bag is hung on the ceiling. Supported by the cage inside bone, the bag is positioned and fixed on the ceiling with the cage bone mouth part. The 50%PPS+50%PTFE, PTFE base cloth is adopted as th

31、e material for the filtration cloth in the bag-type dust collection region, with the characteristics of preferable temperature resistance property, and the temperature tolerance can achieve 170 for a long term, and 200 for short term (5min for each time, and annual accumulated time of3h). It is convenient for disassembly and assembly of filtration, and with preferable leakproofness and high installation reliability. The PTFE suture is adopted for the bag body. The cage bone is conducted with organosilicone electrostatic spraying protective processing, and the segmented structure
