TheChineseGovernmenthasactivatedacomprehensivecontingencyresponseandsearchoperation.CurrentlythereareeightChinesevesselsintherelatedwatersandoneChinesevesselisonitsway.Tensatellitesarebeingusedtoprovideinformationandtechnicalsupport.Wewillnotgiveuponanysuspectedclue.

I'vegotyourquestionveryclearasyouspeakverygoodChinese,butthisisapressconferenceforbothChineseandforeignjournalists,sowestillneedthetranslation.

ThereissuchaviewthattheChineseeconomyisconfrontedwithrisks,andIhavereadsuchreportswhicharenotoptimisticabouttheChineseeconomy.TheybearresemblancetothepastbearishtalkabouttheChineseeconomy.Forexample,therewasthisconcernlastyearaboutChina'seconomicdownturn.Yetinspiteofthepressure,weachievedourgoalsetforeconomicgrowth.

Wepayveryhighattentiontothefinancialanddebtrisks.Facedwithincreaseddownwardpressureontheeconomylastyear,weconductedacomprehensiveauditongovernmentdebt.ThatshowsthattheChineseGovernmenthasfaceduptothischallenge.Wehavereleasedtothepublictheauditresultasitis.Anditshowsthattherisksareonthewholeundercontrol.Moreover,ourdebttoGDPratioisbelowtheinternationallyrecognizedwarningline,andmostofthedebttakestheformofinvestment.Butthegovernmentwillnotoverlookpotentialrisks.Wearegoingtointensifyregulatorysteps,putthosedebtsunderbudgetarymanagementovertimeandenhancetheoversightoffinancingvehicles.Inaword,wearegoingtokeepthefrontgateopenandblocksidedoors.

TheCommunistPartyofChinaandtheChineseGovernmenthaveafirmwillandresolvetofightcorruption.Thisisourconsistentposition.Sincethe18thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina,theCPCCentralCommitteewithComradeXiJinpingasGeneralSecretaryhasbeensteadfastincombatingcorruptionandholdingcorruptofficialsaccountable.Newprogresshasbeenmadeinthisregardandwewillcarryforwardthiscampaignwithperseverance.

Forcorruptbehaviorsandcorruptofficials,wewillshowzerotolerance.Chinaisacountryundertheruleoflaw.Nomatterwhomheisandhowseniorhispositionis,ifheviolatesPartydisciplineandlawofthecountry,hewillbeseriouslydealtwithandpunishedtothefullextentofthelaw,becauseeverybodyisequalbeforethelaw.
