1.1BackgroundSystem

Tolookatavarietyofindustrialfield,thereislittleplacecannotseeindustrialautomationandcontrolequipment.Inthesedevices,oftenalargenumberofPLC,fromaprogrammingpointofview,theseshouldbecompletedbythePLC'sfunctionisverysimple,ifweuseSCMtoachieveitsfunction,itiseasy.Ifitmustbeacleardescriptionofthecase,sotospeak:

Theharshrequirementsoftheindustrialsite,notabeginner,isanexperienceddeveloper,areoftenalsofeelthatheadache.Onepieceofequipmentorhundredsofthousandsmoreexpensive,ofcourse,thedesignersdonotwanttotakearisktouseSCMcontrolpanel,butwouldprefertousesomeofyourPLC.Afterall,butthePLCisexpensive,ifgraspedbythecontrolboardtoreplaceSCM,willsurelymarket,thekeyisyouhaveagrasp.SCMistheindustrialcontrolpanelforsuchapplicationstailor-made.

（2）.SCMalsofeaturesthenewsiteforindustrialapplicationshascreatedconditions

Atpresent,theMCUvarietiesgrowing,thenewSCMjoinedthemanynewfeatures,suchasinternalRAM,FlashRom,suchastheincreaseforthewidespreaduseofhigh-levellanguagecreatedtheconditionsforalmostallISP（onlineprogramming）Thefunction,fora"softwaresimulation+write-verify"developmentmode,adownloadcabletoresolvetheproblemusingSSTMCUboardcanberealizedinthesimulation.

（3）.Constantlyimprovethequalityoffrontlineworkers

Manyworkersinthefrontlinestaff,secondary,tertiaryandevencollege-leveleducation,computeroperatorsnotbeaproblem,someschoolsintheschoolinthe1-2seniorlanguage,orevenaC-languageschooling,therefore,inthepreliminarymasterSCMKnowledge,learningCprogramminglanguageisnotanobstacle.

（4）.Thepopularityofreal-timeoperatingsystemalsomakesiteasierforthedevelopmentofSCM

Inrecentyears,real-timeoperatingsystem（RTOS）graduallypopularity,coupledwiththedeclineinpricesofSCMhardware,operatingsystemusingtheprogrammingisnolongerdream.Astheoperatingsystemfromcomputerexpertstoprepareandverifythemarket,soitsperformanceisfullyguaranteed,andthehelpoftheoperatingsystemprogramming,allowsmoreprocedurestowrite,andcanbemorereliable.

SCMimitationPLCindustrialcontrolpanelsarecheap,easytouse,stabilityBuxundedicatedPLC,isasmallautomaticcontrolofoptimizationcontroller.

Inthispaper,designedbySCMindustrialcontrolpanelhasthefollowingadvantages:

（1）.Positioningaccuracyoftargetingindustrialcontrol,gotopeopleinneed,thosewhodonothavetodonotneedthismoneyforloverschoice.

（2）.Afterthetestofpracticeisnotonlyusedbythepracticeofmaturetechnologies,andistargetingthepracticeofpromisingindustries,itisimportant;

（3）.'sDevelopmentisthesimpleswitchofcontrol,donotinvolveanalog,nottocomplexmeasurement,displaytechnology,onlyavailableasamoduleofchoiceforuserslimitthescopeofapplication.Switchingcontroloftheprogrammingisrelativelysimple,butitsscopeisextremelybroad,ifonecandothis,wecanfindastageplaytotheirabilities.

1.2SystemOverview

Thisdesignfromtheuseofthemainideologicalanddistributedbyastagecrew（PCmicro-computers）,thenextcrew（SCM）ofindustrialcontrolpanelsystem.ThesystemusesRS-232serialcommunicationstandards,throughthehostcomputer（PC）underthecontrolofcrew（SCM）on-siteindustrialcontrol.ThecrewisusingtheSCMindustrialcontrolpanelsystem.Theanti-jammingsystemsandgooddesignflexible,convenientandsuitableforthepoorenvironmentforindustrialcontrol.Thesystemcanbeappliedtoallwithin20pointsofthecontrolsystemcancontrolthecylinder,solenoidvalves,relays,steppermotor,anexternaloptical,capacitive,inductive,andothersensor-Hall;Canbeusedtoreplace20:

00withinthePLCforcontrolofvariousoccasions（suchasmachinecontrol）.

2ControlBoardsystemdesignconceptandfeasibilitystudiesprogramme

2.1Thedesignconcept

AccordingtoSCMindustrialcontrolpanelsystemdesignrequirements,sortedoutthemainelementsofsystemdesign.
