此課程主要目的是使學生了解現今社會福利實務的現況，以及見習社福機構社會工作者的角色與工作內涵。

課程進行方式︰學生至社會福利機構，了解社會福利機構的組織架構與服務內涵，以及進行決策的過程。

然後由學生運用在校所學習的相關知識與技巧，實際為民眾提供服務。
