1.1设备及配件进场

1.1.1一般规定

1主要设备应有装箱清单、设备说明书、产品质量合格证书和产品性能检测报告等随机文件，进口设备还应具有商检合格的证明文件。

所有产品的型号、规格均应符合设计要求。

2设备安装前，应进行开箱检查，并形成验收文字记录。

参加人员为建设、监理、施工和厂商等方单位的代表。

3设备就位前应对其基础进行验收，合格后方能安装。

4设备的搬运和吊装必须符合产品说明书的有关规定，并应做好设备的保护工作，防止因搬运或吊装而造成设备损伤。

1.1.2风管

1普通风管的材料品种、规格、性能与厚度等应符合设计和现行国家产品标准的规定。

金属风管的钢板或镀锌钢板的厚度不得小于表7.1.2的规定。

按设计

检查数量：

按材料与风管加工批数量抽查10%，不得少于5件。

检查方法：

查验材料质量合格证明文件、性能检测报告，尺量、观察检查。

2防火风管的材料品种、规格、性能与厚度等应符合设计和现行国家产品标准的规定；

风管的本体、框架与固定材料、密封材料等必须为不燃材料，耐火极限应符合设计的规定。

检查数量：

按材料与风管加工批数量抽查10%，不得少于5件。

检查方法：

查验材料质量合格证明文件、性能检测报告，观察检查。

1.1.3风管部件

1防火阀和排烟防火阀必须符合产品标准的规定，并具有相应的产品合格证明文件。

检查数量：

按种类、批抽查10%，不得少于２个。

检查方法：

核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告。

2电动的防火阀、排烟防火阀、排烟口和送风口的驱动装置，动作应可靠。

检查数量：

按批抽查10%，不得少于1个。

检查方法：

核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告、观察或测试。

1.1.4风机

1防、排烟风机必须符合产品标准的规定，并具有相应的产品合格证明文件。

检查数量：

全数检查。

检查方法：

核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告。

1.1.5其他附件

1挡烟垂壁应采用不燃材料或难燃材料制作，活动挡烟垂壁的驱动装置动作应可靠。

检查数量：

按批抽查10%，不得少于1个。

检查方法：

核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告、观察或测试。

2电动的排烟窗的驱动装置动作应可靠。

检查数量：

按批抽查10%，不得少于1个。

检查方法：

核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告、观察或测试。

1.2防、排烟系统的施工

1.2.1一般规定

1防、排烟系统的施工应严格按照设计图纸施工，并制定必要的施工方案，施工图纸修改应有设计单位的变更通知书或技术核定签证。

2承担防、排烟系统工程项目的施工企业，应具有相应的工程施工承包资质及相应的质量管理体系。

3防、排烟系统的设备安装，应符合其产品说明书的有关要求。

1.2.2管道系统的施工

1对风管制作质量的验收，应按其材料、系统类别和使用场所的不同分别进行，主要包括材质、规格、强度、严密性与成品外观质量等项内容。

2管道系统安装完毕后，按系统类别进行严密性检验，检验以主、干管道为主。

其强度和严密性要求应符合设计或下列规定：

1）风管的强度应能满足在1.5倍工作压力下接缝处无开裂；

2）风管的允许漏风量，应符合以下规定：

低压系统风管QL≤0.1056P0.65[m3/（h·㎡）]

中压系统风管QM≤0.0352P0.65[m3/（h·㎡）]

排烟管道均按中压系统的规定。

式中：

QL，QM——系统风管在相应工作压力下，单位面积风管单位时间内的允许漏风量[m3/（h·m2）]；

P——指风管系统的工作压力（Pa），风管系统按其系统的工作压力划分为三个类别，见表7.2.2，其中防、排烟系统为低压、中压系统。

4）低压系统的严密性检验可采用漏光法检测，检测不合格时，作漏风量测试；中压系统应在漏光法检测合格后，作漏风量测
