11、收规范（防排烟系统篇）1.1 设备及配件进场1.1.1 一般规定1 主要设备应有装箱清单、设备说明书、产品质量合格证书和产品性能检测报告等随机文件，进口设备还应具有商检合格的证明文件。所有产品的型号、规格均应符合设计要求。2 设备安装前，应进行开箱检查，并形成验收文字记录。参加人员为建设、监理、施工和厂商等方单位的代表。3 设备就位前应对其基础进行验收，合格后方能安装。4 设备的搬运和吊装必须符合产品说明书的有关规定，并应做好设备的保护工作，防止因搬运或吊装而造成设备损伤。1.1.2 风 管1 普通风管的材料品种、规格、性能与厚度等应符合设计和现行国家产品标准的规定。金属风管的钢板或镀锌钢板的

14、报告。1.1.5 其他附件1 挡烟垂壁应采用不燃材料或难燃材料制作，活动挡烟垂壁的驱动装置动作应可靠。检查数量：按批抽查10%，不得少于1个。检查方法：核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告、观察或测试。2 电动的排烟窗的驱动装置动作应可靠。检查数量：按批抽查10%，不得少于1个。检查方法：核对产品的合格证明文件、性能检测报告、观察或测试。1.2 防、排烟系统的施工1.2.1 一般规定1 防、排烟系统的施工应严格按照设计图纸施工，并制定必要的施工方案，施工图纸修改应有设计单位的变更通知书或技术核定签证。2 承担防、排烟系统工程项目的施工企业，应具有相应的工程施工承包资质及相应的质量管理体系。3

15、防、排烟系统的设备安装，应符合其产品说明书的有关要求。1.2.2 管道系统的施工1 对风管制作质量的验收，应按其材料、系统类别和使用场所的不同分别进行，主要包括材质、规格、强度、严密性与成品外观质量等项内容。2 管道系统安装完毕后，按系统类别进行严密性检验，检验以主、干管道为主。其强度和严密性要求应符合设计或下列规定：1) 风管的强度应能满足在1.5倍工作压力下接缝处无开裂；2) 风管的允许漏风量，应符合以下规定：低压系统风管 QL0.1056 P0.65 m3/（h）中压系统风管 QM0.0352 P0.65 m3/（h）排烟管道均按中压系统的规定。式中：QL ，QM 系统风管在相应工作压力下，单位面积风管单位时间内的允许漏风量m3/（hm2）；P 指风管系统的工作压力（Pa），风管系统按其系统的工作压力划分为三个类别，见表7.2.2，其中防、排烟系统为低压、中压系统。表1.2.2 风管系统类别划分系统类别系统工作压力P（Pa）低压系统P500中压系统50015003) 砖、混凝土风道的允许漏风量不应大于矩形风管规定值的1.5倍；4) 低压系统的严密性检验可采用漏光法检测，检测不合格时，作漏风量测试；中压系统应在漏光法检测合格后，作漏风量测
