英语连接词转折词归纳

一）毗连词之袁州冬雪创作

比较：

ratherthan（而不是..），betterthan，otherthan（除了..），comparewith（比较，强调相似性）compareto（把..比作），incontrastto（对照，强调差别），similarto，superiorto（比...好），inferiorto.

（1）表选择关系或对等关系的毗连词：

either…or…，neither…nor,or,aswellas…,and,both…and….

（2）表因果关系或对等关系的毗连词：

threrby，asfor，since，therefore,so,asaresult,astheresultof…，becauseof,dueto…,owingto,thanksto等.

（3）表时间顺序的毗连词：

themoment,assoonas,atfirst,then,later,meanwhile,atthebeginning,intheend,beforelong,forthefirst（second…）time,theminute等.

（4）表转折关系的毗连词：

though，although，nevertheless，eventhough，evenif，while，infact，farfromit，ironically（讽刺的），traditionally，yet,andyet,but,while,onthecontrary,ontheotherhand,however,atthesametime（然而）等.

（5）表诠释说明的毗连词：

thatis,thatistosay,inotherwords,suchas,forinstance,andsoon,etc.andthelike等.

（6）表递进关系的毗连词：

notonly…but（also）,what’smore,what'sworse,besides,inaddition,worsestill,moreover,aboveall等.

（7）暗示总结的毗连词：

inaword,onthewhole,inshort,briefly,inbrief,tosumup,inall等.
