1.1受电范围Scopeofenergizing

印尼巴淡TanjungKasam燃煤电站开关站受电范围:

EnergizingscopeforTanjungKasamsubstationof2×65MWcoal-firedpowerplant:

1)MukaKuning线路1(7间隔);Line1toMukaKuningsubstation(bay7)

2)BatuBesar线路2(9间隔);Line2toBatuBesarsubstation(bay9)

3)TanjungKasam开关站母线I;BusbarI

4)TanjungKasam开关站母线II;BusbarII

5)母联线路(5间隔)。

注:

根据工程进度上述受电过程可能分几个阶段完成。

1.2受电目标Energizingobject

1)通过对150kV升压站、6kV设备进行必要的调整和试运,来考察相关电气设备的设计、安装质量,了解系统设备的运行特性,以便厂用电系统能够长期、安全和稳定地运行,为下一步机组的分部试运提供安全可靠的电源,满足机组正常运行的要求。

Necessarytestandadjustmentof150kVsubstationand6kVequipmentaredoneforcheckingqualityofequipmentdesignandinstallation,atthesametimeoperationcharacteristicoftheseequipmentisgotten,butthefinalaimiskeepingauxiliarypowersupplyinlong-term,safeandsteadyoperationandprovidingthesafeandreliablepowerfornextsubsystemcommissioningstep.

2)保证验评表优良率达到100%。

Ensurethatitemsinacceptanceandassessmentsheetarealluptoexcellentstandard.

3)在调试过程中严格按照控制措施对重要环境因素和不可容许风险进行控制,防止发生火灾及高空坠落,防止CT开路、PT短路,防止变压器损坏。

除上述国家及电力工业部颁发的规范、规程以外,检查验收仍需遵照如下图纸、文件:
