本说明书适用于我公司生产的系列变压器用压力释放阀，阐述其用途、性能、规格、技术参数、使用与安装，供用户参考。
TheOperationInstructionisapplicabletopressurereleasevalveofaseriesoftransformersmanufacturedbyourcompany,indicatingitsapplication,performances,specifications,technicalparameters,usageandinstallationforuses’reference.
1.压力释放阀用途和性能
压力释放阀适用于油浸式电力变压器、电力电容器与有载分接开关等，用来保护油箱。
当油浸式变压器在运行中出现故障时，由于线圈过热，使一部分变压器油汽化，变压器油箱中压力迅速增加，这时压力释放阀在2ms迅速动作，释放压力，保护油箱不致变形或爆裂。
油箱的压力再升高而达到开启压力时，压力释放阀应再次动作，直到油箱的压力降到正常值。
由于压力释放阀动作后能可靠关闭，油箱外的水和空气不能进入油箱，变压器部不会受大气污染。
1.Applicationandperformance

Shouldafaultoccurringinsuchelectricalequipment,theyareinstantaneouslyvaporizetheoilcausingextremelyrapidbuild-upofgaseouspressure?
Ifmountingthistypepressurereleasedeviceontheoil-tank,whenthepressurereachestoitsopeningpressure,itopensautomaticallywithin2msandrelievesthepressure.
2．型号、规格与基本参数Type,specificationandtechnicalparameters
2.1型号的含义Meaningoftype

若变压器油箱油总重量超过23吨，可按下式选择压力释放阀的数量：
总油量（吨）/23＝φ130口径压力释放阀的数量X=totaloilweight（t）/23

4.2开启压力的选择Selectionofopeningpressure
首先计算关闭压力的大小Firstcalculateclosingpressure
PG=PJ+PE+PQPG:
关闭压力值（kPa）Closingpressure
PJ:
压力释放阀承受静压值（kPa）PJ=H•rkPa

最高油面至压力释放阀底面距离m

按上式求出关闭压力值后，可查表２确定相应开启压力。

5.压力释放阀的安装与使用Installationandoperation
5.1压力释放阀一般安装在变压器油箱盖上或侧壁上。
Itshouldbemountedonthecoverofsidewallofthetransformertank.
5.2对于法兰结构的压力释放阀，应配置法兰底座。
Theflangeseatshouldbeprovidedformountingpressurereleasevalves.
5.2.1将变压器本体上的安装法兰，蝶阀，压力释放阀的安装螺栓孔对齐（蝶阀两端的密封胶圈要放平放正）。
Aligntheboltholesoftheflangethebutterflyvalveandthereleasevalveonthetransformer（thesealingrubberringsatbothendsofthebutterflyvalveshouldbeputcorrectly）.
5.2.2将各安装螺纹拧紧。
Tightentheinstallationbolts.
5.2.3将压力释放阀喷口法兰、变压器本体排油管法兰与中间密封垫孔对齐。
Aligntheflangeofthereleasevalve,theflangeofthedischargingoilpipeonthetransformerandthemiddlesealingring.
5.2.4将连接螺栓拧紧。
Tightentheconnectionbolts.
5.3螺纹连接的释放阀，在变压器箱盖上开孔尺寸见表4，然后将产品配备的阀托焊上即可。
Aconnectingpressurereleasevalvewithscrew,holesshouldbeprovidedinthecoveroftransformertank,theholedimensionsareinTableⅣ.Thevalvepadshouldbeweldedonthetransformer.
5.3.1将压力释放阀阀托焊在变压器箱体开口上

5.3.2将套有密封胶圈的压力释放保护套
拧入阀托螺纹中，要注意密封胶圈的protectivecover
安装质量，要平整不漏油。

5.4每台产品均配套有锁帽,但它仅是Valvecover
便于用户在做变压器整体密封试验接线盒
时使用，变压器运行前必须其取下。

5.5请注意：
取下锁帽后必须确认防雨帽是否完好地安装在标示杆上，并将保护套带上，否则下雨时雨水浸入释放阀，将引起电器部分损坏。
Note:
Afterthelocknutistakenoff,makesuretherainshieldbeinstalledwellandweartheprotectivecover,otherwiserainwillflowintothereleasevalveandcausetheelectricequipmentdamage.
5.6安装有16型压力释放阀的变压器，灌油时，务必请将放气阀打开！

5.7信号开关接点容量应符合表6规定。

6.到货验收注意事项与故障处理方法Arrivalacceptancenoticeandfaulttreatment
6.1检查运输过程中压力释放阀是否有破损Checkwhetherthereisdamageduringtransport
6.2文件是否丢失Whetherthefilesaremissing
6.3螺纹安装的释放阀阀座是否丢失Whetherthepressurereleasevalveseatforscrewinstallationismissing
6.4压力释放阀不动作,检查锁帽是否拿掉Pressurereliefvalvedoesnotmove,checkwhetherthelocknutisremoved
6.5压力释放阀动作后没有信号输出,应检查接线盒与其线路是否正确连接Afterthepressurereleasevalvemovementsnosignaloutput,shouldcheckthewiringbox,whetherthewiringisconnectedfirmly。
