一起来做南瓜派
南瓜派是万圣节的传统食品，在充满欢闹和玩乐气氛的节日当晚，看着南瓜灯、来一块南瓜派，真是太有节日的气氛啦!
南瓜派的制作其实并不复杂，今天就跟一起学起来吧!
Ingredients
原料
1（8-ounce）packagecreamcheese，softened
一包奶油芝士（约230克），常温下软化
2cupscannedpumpkin，mashed
两大杯罐装南瓜、压碎（如果没有罐装的南瓜也无所谓，大家尽可以买新鲜的南瓜回来煮熟、压碎）
1cupsugar
一大杯糖
1/4teaspoonsalt
四分之一茶勺盐
1eggplus2eggyolks，slightlybeaten
一个鸡蛋、加两个蛋黄，轻轻打散
1cuphalf-and-half
一大杯牛奶和奶油的混合物，各一半（half-and-half是对这种混合物的简称）
1/4cupmeltedbutter
四分之一杯融化的黄油
1teaspoonvanillaextract
1茶勺香草香精
1/2teaspoongroundcinnamon
1/2茶勺肉桂粉
1/4teaspoongroundginger，optional
1/4茶勺姜粉
1piecepre-madepiedough
1个做好的饼皮（超市可买）

Directions
制作步骤
1.Preheattheovento350degreesF.
1.预热烤箱至350华氏度（约摄氏180度）
2.Place1pieceofpre-madepiedoughdownintoa（9-inch）piepanandpressdownalongthebottomandallsides.Pinchandcrimptheedgestogethertomakeaprettypattern.Putthepieshellbackintothefreezerfor1hourtofirmup.Fitapieceofaluminumfoiltocovertheinsideoftheshellcompletely.Filltheshelluptotheedgeswithpieweightsordriedbeans（about2pounds）andplaceitintheoven.Bakefor10minutes，removethefoilandpieweightsandbakeforanother10minutesoruntilthecrustisdriedoutandbeginningtocolor.
2.将买来的现成饼皮放到一个约9寸的烤盘中，将边缘和底部都压紧。
在边缘上切压出漂亮的褶皱。
把饼皮冻回冰箱约1个钟头左右、使其紧实。
1小时后，用一张铝箔纸（锡箔纸亦可）将饼皮包裹起来，在铝箔纸上放上重物（厨房用语称为pieweights，也可用豆子代替。
作用就是使派的饼皮烤出来更成型）放入烤箱。
先烤十分钟、再把重物和铝箔纸去掉、烤10分钟，或烤到饼皮变干、上色。
3.Forthefilling，inalargemixingbowl，beatthecreamcheesewithahandmixer.Addthepumpkinandbeatuntilcombined.Addthesugarandsalt，andbeatuntilcombined.Addtheeggsmixedwiththeyolks，half-and-half，andmeltedbutter，andbeatuntilcombined.Finally，addthevanilla，cinnamon，andginger，ifusing，andbeatuntilincorporated.
3.烤了饼皮、就来做馅儿吧!
在一个大碗里先打散奶油芝士、跟着加入南瓜泥，继续搅拌融合。
加入糖和盐搅拌，再加入鸡蛋、蛋黄、奶油牛奶和融化的黄油，一起搅拌均匀。
最后再加入香草、肉桂、姜粉一起混合。
4.Pourthefillingintothewarmpreparedpiecrustandbakefor50minutes，oruntilthecenterisset.Placethepieonawirerackandcooltoroomtemperature.Cutintoslicesandtopeachpiecewithagenerousamountofwhippedcream.
4.将馅料倒入预先烤制的饼皮里，一起烘焙50分钟。
或者你可以试试看派的中心是不是都成型了，来判断是否烤好。
烤好之后将派放在铁架上冷却至室温。
分块切好、每块浇上奶油!
