贾雅楠2016年05月19日Iron-smeltingTechnologicalDevelopmentandWorkingofBlastFurnaceInrecentyears,Chinasmeltedironisatthehighspeeddevelopmentphase,in2007thenationalpigironoutputachieved4.6944hundredmilliont,grew15.19%comparedtothepreviousyear,itsincreasedrangewaslowerthanthesteeloutputthesametimeincreasedrange,accountedfortheworldultimateoutput49,74%.In2007nationalkeysteelandironbusinessimmovablepropertyiron369,000,000t,grew13.74%comparedtothelastyear,otherbusinessimmovablepropertyiron120,000,000t,grew19.60%.Theplaceenterpriseironoutputspeed-upishigherthanthelargeandmiddlescaleironandsteelenterprise.In2008thefirsthalfyearnationproduceshard246,420,000t,grows7.89%comparedtothepreviousyear,reducedthedevelopmenttendency.Itisestimatedthat,in2008ourcountrysteeloutputachieved520,000,000t,thepigironoutputwillachieve490,000,000t.Thisyear,ourcountrywillsmeltironproductivitytosurpass600,000,000t,butShangYouyue60,000,000t/,yearproductivitybelongedtorowoftheelimination(willmainlybebelow300mthevolumeTheabovesituationindicatedthat,theplaceironworksdevelopmenttendencywasstillinishigherthanthenationlargeandmiddlescaleironandsteelenterprise.MaGangandTaiyuanSteelWorkscompletethe4063mblastfurnace,enableourcountrytohave74000mlevelblastfurnace.Atpresentisconstructingthe4000mlevelblastfurnace(thissteel,theAnshanIronandSteelCompany)have4,ShaGangandBeijingTangCompanyareconstructingthe5500mlevelblastfurnaceandthe5800mlevelblastfurnace.Onebatcharebiggerthanthe2500mlevelblastfurnacetoconstruct,impelledourcountryblastfurnacelargescaleadvancementgreatly.AtpresentChinahasmorethan1300blastfurnaces,isbiggerthanthelO00mvolumeblastfurnacetohave150approximately,the300lO00mblastfurnaceapproximatelymorethan500places,issmallerthanthe300mblastfurnacetohavemorethan600placesapproximately.Thenationhasmorethan980iron-smeltingenterprisesapproximately.Thisindicatedthat,theChineseiron-smeltingindustryconcentrationdegreeislow,blastfurnaceaveragestoveRongPianxiao,isbeinginthedifferentlevel,thedifferentstructure,manykindsofproductiontechnicallevelcommunaldevelopmentstage,alsoisatthehighspeeddevelopmentphase.EstimatedtheChinesepigironoutputthecrestisabove600,000,000t.Alongwithourcountrypigironoutputhighspeedgrowth,theblastfurnaceiron-smeltingproductiontechnicallevelalsoobtainsthefastprogress.Table1forrecentyearsOurcountryKeyIronandsteelenterpriseblastfurnaceiron-smeltingtechnologyeconomicindicator.Becauseentersin2008thecrudefueltoriseinprices,themassfluctuation,theblastfurnaceiron-smeltingproductiontargethasglidesdown.TheChineseblastfurnaceiron-smeltingproductiontechnologyisintheworldadvancedlevel,theblastfurnaceoperationtechnologyentersthematuredevelopmentphase.TaketheBaoshanSteelCorporation,WuhanSteelCorporation,BeijingSteelCorporation,theAnshanIronandSteelCompany,hasrealizedthehighlyeffectiveproductionasrepresentativesonebatchoflarge-scaleblastfurnaces(coefficientabove2.5t/m.d,fuelratioislowerthan500kg/t,lifereachesfor15yearsbysuperiorly).Myguozhongsmallfurnaceproductiontechnologyalreadywasmanyyearsmovesinthehigh-techlevel,onebatchof300750mblastfurnacecapacityfactorabove3.0t/m.d,highestreached4.3t/m.d,enteredtheovencokeratiotobelowerthan400kg/t,spurtedthecoaltocompareabove150kg/t.But,betweentheenterprisethetechnologicaldevelopmentisnotbalanced,afterShangYouonefailedanexaminationthetargetexistence.Inrecentyears,ourcountryhot-blasttemperatureeliminatedmanyyearstopacebackandforth,theprogresswasbig,thiswaseverybodydiligentlyresult.In2007ourcountrykeyhotblasttemperatureratiopreviousyearenhances25℃.Speciallythenewconstructiononebatchofbigblastfurnaces(arebiggerthanthe2000maboveblastfurnace)thehot-blasttemperaturetobepossibleabove1200oC,itslifealsoabove25years,achievestheinternationaladvancedlevel.Thehot-blaststovepatternalsodiversifies,thebigblastfurnacemultipurposeexternalcombustiontypeandtheinternallyfiredtype(BeijingSteelCorporationBeijingTangtheCompany5500mblastfurnaceburnstypewithCarewJinding),thesmallfurnaceusefulballtypehot-blaststove,allhasthesuccessfulexample,mayrealizethenoblecharactertoheat.Ourcountryhot-blaststovedesign,themanufacture,theconstruction,aspectsandsoonproductionmayrealizethemanufacturedomestically.Onlyisintheusematerialquality,thestructuraldesign,theblastsystemsafeguardandblastoperationsystemaspectsandsoonsciencehassomeflaws,needstoperformtoimprove.RaisesthenoblecharacterwarmtobepossiblenotonlydiligentlytoreduceburntEL(hot-blasttemperaturetoenhance100oCtobepossibletoreducecokeratio1520kg/t),moreoveralsoistheenhancementspurtsthecoalratiotheprerequisite.In2008thefirsthalfyearhot-blasttemperaturehighenterprisehas;Germandragon1188oC,TaiyuanSteelWorks1186oC,BeijingSteelCorporation1177oC,climbssteel1175oC,Sanming1169oC,AnshanIronandSteelCompany1166oC,dayiron1156oC,BaoshanSteelCorporationGroupCompany1155oC,Xingsteel1150oC.Butlowestenterpriseonlythen830oC.Theblastfurnacespurtsthecoalisthecenterlinkwhichtheiron-smeltingsystemstructureoptimizes,isthedomesticandforeigniron-smeltingtechnologicaldevelopmentmajortendency,alsoisourcountryironandsteelindustrytechnologicaldevelopmentoneofthreesignificanttechnologyroutes.In2006theBaoshanSteelCorporation4thblastfurnacespurtthecoalcomparedtoachieve224.6kg/t,alreadywastheinternationaladvancedlevel.In2007OurcountryKeyIronandsteelenterprisespurtsthecoalcomparedtois137kg/t,createsthehistoricalbestlevel,alleviatedourcountrycokingcoalshortageeffectively,forreducedtheiron-smeltingproductioncosttomakethecontribution,reducedtheenvironmentalpollution.In2007spurtsthecoalscaledheightofbursttohave11inthe150kg/tenterprise.In2007OurcountryKeyIronandsteelenterprisefuelratio(cokeratio+coalcomparedto+smalllumpcoke)is529kg/t,reduces2kg/tcomparedtothepreviousyear,createsthehistoricalbestlevel.But,in2008thefirsthalfyearappearstherise,elevated4kg/tcomparedtothelastyear.Thefuelquitelowenterprisemainlyhas:

BeijingSteelCorporation506kg/t,TaiyuanSteelWorks475kg/t,BaoshanSteelCorporationgroup481kg/t,WuhanSteelCorporation494kg/t,AnshanIronandSteelCompany493kg/t,horsesteel487kg/t,smeltssteel506kg/t,thedayironis509kg/t,TianjinSteelFactory5lOkg/tandsoon.Butthehighestenterprisereaches637kg/t.Theindividualenterprisecountsdoesnothavethescrapcokeratio,appearsbetweentheenterprisethenon-comparability.Atpresentsmeltedironenterprisesworkwithemphasisstillraisestheiron-smeltingconcentratedfeedtechnicalleveldiligently,hadtohandlekindlytheblastfurnace,couldhavethegoodrepayment.Thisistheiron-smeltingbasis.Inrecentyearsthenationonlyaccountedfor4.9%totheiron-smeltinginvestmentwhichtheironandsteelenterprisealwaysinvested,conservedenergytotheironandsteelenterprisereducestheplatoon,fellthecost,extremelydisadvantageous.Currentmustenlargetotheiron-smeltinginvestment,includingtoenvironmentalprotectiongovernment.The2O07yearOurcountryKeyIronandsteelenterprisecokeratiois392kg/t,reduces3kg/tcomparedtothepreviousyear,createsourcountryhistorybestlevel.Thepurposeofablastfurnaceistochemicallyreduceandphysicallyconvertironoxidesintoliquidironcalledhotmetal.Theblastfurnaceisahuge,steelstacklinedwithrefractorybrick,whereironore,cokeandlimestonearedumpedintothetop,andpreheatedairisblownintothebottom.Therawmaterialsrequire6to8hourstodescendtothebottomofthefurnacewheretheybecomethefinalproductofliquidslagandliquidiron.Theseliquidproductsaredrainedfromthefurnaceatregularintervals.Thehotairthatwasblownintothebottomofthefurnaceascendstothetopin6to8secondsaftergoingthroughnumerouschemicalreactions.Onceablastfurnaceisstarteditwillcontinuouslyrunforfourtotenyearswithonlyshortstopstoperformplannedmaintenance.1TheProcessIronoxidescancometotheblastfurnaceplantintheformofrawore,pelletsorsinter.Theraworeisremovedfromtheearthandsizedintopiecesthatrangefrom0.5to1.5inches.ThisoreiseitherHematite(Fe2O3)orMagnetite(Fe3O4)andtheironcontentrangesfrom50%to70%.Thisironrichorecanbechargeddirectlyintoablastfurnacewithoutanyfurtherprocessing.Ironorethatcontainsalowerironcontentmustbeprocessedorbeneficiatedtoincreaseitsironcontent.Pelletsareproducedfromthislowerironcontentore.Thisoreiscrushedandgroundintoapowdersothewastematerialcalledganguecanberemoved.Theremainingiron-richpowderisrolledintoballsandfiredinafurnacetoproducestrong,marble-sizedpelletsthatcontain60%to65%iron.Sinterisproducedfromfinerawore,smallcoke,sand-sizedlimestoneandnumerousothersteelplantwastematerialsthatcontainsomeiron.Thesefinematerialsareproportionedtoobtainadesiredproductchemistrythenmixedtogether.Thisrawmaterialmixisthenplacedonasinteringstrand,whichissimilartoasteelconveyorbelt,whereitisignitedbygasfir
