Abstract

Increasinglyscarceoilresourcesandenvironmentalpollution,theproblemsuchasglobalwarmingbecomingmoreserious,asamajorsourceofcarbonemissionscarbecomefocusofresearchanddevelopmentofautomobilemanufacturers,lowemissions,zeroemissionsofchoicefornewenergyvehicleshasbecomethenextgenerationofcars,moreandmorecarmanufacturersfocusonlowemission,lowfuelconsumptiononthedevelopmentofthecar.Therefore,HybridElectricVehicle(HybridElectricVehicle),hereinafterreferredtoasHEV,asatransitiontoazerodischargedevelopmentmodels,isstartingtogetattention.Thecharacteristicsofahybridcariscanmaketheenginekeepintheregionoftheoptimumcondition,andgooddynamicperformance,thehybridcarshavetheadvantageoflowemissions,lowpollution.

Humansarefacedwithmoreandmoreseriousenergyshortagecrisis;Countrieshaveestablishedtheirownenergysavingstrategy.Asthenationalincomeboostnationaleconomyrapiddevelopment.Traditionalfuelcarsusedwidelyinpetroleumrefiningtraditionalfuelssuchasgasoline,dieselisbelongstothenon-renewableenergy,traditionalfueloilreservesandproductionareindangerofdryingup.Andcarholdingsincreasedyearafteryear,hadhadaseriousofurbantrafficcongestion,furtherintensifytheenergycrisis,andalsoreceivedanationalenergysupplysecuritythreat.Automobileexhaustgascausedbytheenvironmentproblemisincreasinglyserious,suchasthetinyparticlesinurbanPM2.5mainlyfromautomobileexhaustemissions,carexhaustandhasbecomeaprimarysourcesofairqualityandpeople'shealth.Hybridisreferstothevehicleusingconventionalfuel(diesel,gasoline,etc.)

2.1serieshybridelectricvehicle(SHEV)

SHEVtypehybridvehicle,poweredbybatteries,controlmoduleandmoduleDengZimodules,whichisinseriesconnectionwaybetweenthemconstitutetheSHEVpowertrain.Atwork,enginedrivengeneratortogenerateelectricity,directlybythecontrollertotransferpowertothebatteryordirectdrivemotor,byvariablespeedmotortodriveacaragain.Inasmallload,thebatterytothemotorpoweranddrivewheel,whenlargeload,motordirectdrivemotorpower,andthusdrivemotor.Juststartedinthecar,thebatterycapacityinasaturatedstate,thekinetic energyofthebatteryatthistimecanachieveautostartdemand,whenthebatterypowervalueislowerthanthesetvalue,dynamicauxiliarysystemstarting;Whenthevehicle'senergydemandgrows,thebatterypackandpowermodulefortractionsystemtotransmitpoweratthesametime;Whenthevehicleenergydemanddecreases,theauxiliarypowersystemintheguaranteeofenergydemanddrivensystematthesametime,tothebattery.Sincetheroleofthebattery,theenginecanworkin relativelyconstantworkenvironment,improvedtheiremissions.Seriessystemiswidelyusedinurbanareaofidlerunandrepeatedlyintheenvironment,canmaketheengineareainoptimalconditionsconstant,atthesametime,throughthedeploymentoftheoutputofthemotorandbatteryenergytoadjustthespeedofthecar.Soyoucanmakethe

enginetoavoidandidlerunningatlowspeed,improvetheefficiencyoftheengine,thusreduceexhaustemissions.Butitsdrawbackisthatalotofenergyconversion,themechanicalefficiencyalsodecreases.SuchasHonda's"energy"SHEVisusingafuelbatterypack,inthecity,undertheconditionofmotorpoweredbyfuelcells,electricmotorthroughatransmissiondrivingcar,meettherequirementsofthe"zeropollution"caneffectivelyimproveairquality.Whenfasteranduphilltojointlybytheengine,fuelcellandmotorvehiclepowersupply,drivingwheel,inordertomeetthedemandforpow
