UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinConstructionManagement
一、培养目标
Ⅰ．EducationalObjectives
培养适应现代科学技术与经济发展需要，德、智、体全面发展，具备土木工程技术及与工程管理相关的管理、经济和法律等基本知识，获得工程师基本训练，具有一定的实践能力、创新能力的高级工程管理人才。
Theprogramisdesignedtoprepareacomprehensiveandbalancedhigh-qualitymanagementpersonnelwithasoundknowledgeofcivilengineering,abasicknowledgeofmanagement,economicsandlawsinthefieldofconstructionmanagement,aspecialtraininginengineeringaswellastheabilityofpracticeandcreation.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ．SkillsProfile
本专业毕业生应具备以下几方面的知识和能力：
1.掌握土木工程技术知识；
2.掌握相关的管理理论和方法；
3.掌握相关经济理论与法律法规；
4.掌握工程管理信息化理论和方法；
5.具有综合运用上述四个方面的知识从事工程管理的基本能力；
6.具有阅读工程管理专业英语文献的基本能力；
7.具有运用信息化技术解决工程管理问题的能力；
8.具有初步的科学研究能力。
本专业设置工程项目管理、房地产经营与管理、投资与造价管理三个方向。
