2、nnel with a sound knowledge of civil engineering, a basic knowledge of management, economics and laws in the field of construction management, a special training in engineering as well as the ability of practice and creation.二、基本规格要求Skills Profile本专业毕业生应具备以下几方面的知识和能力：1. 掌握土木工程技术知识；2. 掌握相关的管理理论和方法；3.

3、 掌握相关经济理论与法律法规；4. 掌握工程管理信息化理论和方法；5. 具有综合运用上述四个方面的知识从事工程管理的基本能力；6. 具有阅读工程管理专业英语文献的基本能力；7. 具有运用信息化技术解决工程管理问题的能力；8. 具有初步的科学研究能力。本专业设置工程项目管理、房地产经营与管理、投资与造价管理三个方向。Graduates should acquire the knowledge as follows：1.
