Introduction简介
Allsemi-hermeticcompressors,fromthemodelK1500CStothemodelK7500CC,arefittedwiththeelectronicmoduleCPM.
OfficineMarioDorinhavedevelopedanewmodel,calledCPM3,whichisperfectlyinterchangeablewithpreviousmodelCPM2(seeBT005/99;newmodelismorereliableanditscablingiseasier.ItisinterchangeablewithrelayINT69TM.
TheCPM3providesatotalprotectionofthecompressorelectricalpart(protectionwithtermistorandthemechanicalpart(protectionagainstinsufficientoilpressure.InordertoobtainthetwoprotectionsitisnecessarytoconnecttheCPM3followingtheinstructionsgivenbelow(forthermistorprotectionandalsothedifferentialpressuresensorDPS(oilpressureprotectionwhichisoptional.从K1500CS到K7500CC的所有型号半封闭压缩机配置CPM电子模块。
DORIN公司开发了一种CPM3的新型号,可与以前的CPM2(见BT005/99完全互换。
新型号更可靠,接线更容易。
它与INT69TM继电器互换。
CPM3为压缩机电气元件(带热敏电阻器保护和机械元件(油压不足保护提供完全保护。

Technicalcharacteristics技术特性
Advantages
Theprincipaladvantage,incomparisonwithtraditionalmechanicaloilpressureswitch,isthatthecapillary(andtheriskofleakissubstitutedbyanelectricalcable.
MoreoverthereisthepossibilitytomonitortheoilPressurewithouthavingtoconnectpressurelinestotheoilpumporthebodyoftheCompressor.
TheDifferentialPressureSensor(DPSisfitteddirectlyontheoilpumpandtransmitsasignalcorrespondingtotheeffectivepressurevalueofthedifferentialoilpressuretotheelectronicmoduleviaanelectricalcable.
AllrunningparametersofCPM3arealreadyinputatthefactoryandunchangeable.ItissufficienttoputtheDPSsensoronthebodyoftheoilpumpandconnectittotheelectronicmoduleCPM3.
ThenewCPM3moduleisequippedwithtwoterminals(Lthatpermittobeenergizedwith230Vor115Vsupply.

BymanuallydisconnectingthesupplyL–Ntothemoduleincaseofinsufficientoilpressure.

CPM3的所有工作参数均已在工厂输入,是不可更改的。
只要将DPS传感器装在油泵的泵体上并与CPM3模块连接就足够了。
新的CPM3模块配置2个接线端(L允许连接230V或115V电源。
复位:
在油压不足时,将电源火线-零线(L-N与模块手动断开。
遇到热敏电阻器触发和防止短路循环,自动断开。

•closesuctionanddischargevalves•letmakecoldtoroomtemperature•depressurizecompressorcasing.

ThenewelectronicCPM3hasthesamenumberingastheKriwanINT69TMmodule(seeabovedrawing.注意:
安装DPS传感器之前,拆下接线端A和B之间的连接。
安装DPS传感器之后,检查传感器和泵之间无泄漏。
可以检查CPM/DPS的正确运行。
断开传感器和接线端A-B之间的连接线,让CPM带电压。
90秒后,电路板须断开压缩机继电器的触点并接通油压报警的输出端。

新电子模块CPM3与KriwanINT69TM模块具有相同的编号(见上图。
