尊敬的各位领导、各位评委，以及同学们，大家好！

首先，衷心的感谢公司给了我这次机会，让我登上这个展示自我的舞台，谢谢！

我叫杨佳，来自于河南南阳，今天我演讲的题目是《如何成为一名合格的营销经理》。

子曰：

“苟正其身矣，于从政乎何有？

不能正其身，如正人何?

”意思是：

如果端正了自身行为，管理政事还有什么难的呢？

不能端正自身，又怎能使别人正？

俗话说，“正人先正己”，孔子把“正”看作是从政为官的重要方面，是具有深刻的思想价值的。

的确，一个“正”字，完美的诠释了做人处事的真谛。

要做一名合格的营销经理，就必须处处事事以身作则，率先垂范。

其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不行！

明智的领导，从不用自己的权威让下属服从自己。

而是以身作则，从自身抓起。

通过不断的严于律己，做好表率，以自身的行动让下属从内心的佩服，从而自觉约束自身行为规范。

品行不端的领导，只是夸夸其谈，而不顾制度的约束，不管法纪的权威，却要求下属听从他的命令。

这样，即使服从了，也只是迫于淫威，不是真心服从，做起事来自然事倍功半，毫无效率、质量可言。

因此，“正”是作为一名合格的营销经理最重要的品质。

然而，仅仅如此还是远远不够的，还要有强烈的责任感。

所谓，“在其位，谋其政，做其事，尽其责。

”忠于职守，勤勉尽责是每一位工作人员最起码的职业操守。

要把工作做到尽善尽美，精益求精，就必须有强烈的责任感。

有了责任心方能敬业，自觉把岗位职责、分内之事铭记于心，该做什么、怎么去做及早规划，未雨绸缪；有了责任心方能尽职，一心扑在工作上，有没有人看到都一样，做到不因事大而难为，不因事小而不为，不因事多而忘为，不因事杂而错为；有了责任心方能进取，不因循守旧、墨守陈规、原地踏步，而是勇于创新、与时俱进、奋力拼搏。

人的一生必须承担各种各样的责任，对于自己应承担的责任要勇于（请你支持）担当。

责任承载着能力，一个充满责任感的人，才有机会充分展现自己的能力，体现自身价值。
