6、pportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. it has bee a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in gdp growth. it has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. but on the other hand, many problems can occur-
7、natural scenes arent natural anymore. deforestation to heat lodges is devastating nepal. oil spills from tourist boats are polluting antarctica. tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to u2 on walkman and wear nike and reeboks.all these 7) appalling(令人震惊的) facts have brou
8、ght us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8) eroding(侵蚀) our resources. encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the united nations has made XX the year of ecotouri

15、:“苟正其身矣,于从政乎何有?不能正其身,如正人何?”意思是:如果端正了自身行为,管理政事还有什么难的呢?不能端正自身,又怎能使别人正?俗话说,“正人先正己”,孔子把“正”看作是从政为官的重要方面,是具有深刻的思想价值的。的确,一个“正”字,完美的诠释了做人处事的真谛。要做一名合格的营销经理,就必须处处事事以身作则,率先垂范。其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不行!明智的领导,从不用自己的权威让下属服从自己。而是以身作则,从自身抓起。通过不断的严于律己,做好表率,以自身的行动让下属从内心的佩服,从而自觉约束自身行为规范。品行不端的领导,只是夸夸其谈,而不顾制度的约束,不管法纪的权威,却要求下属听
16、从他的命令。这样,即使服从了,也只是迫于淫威,不是真心服从,做起事来自然事倍功半,毫无效率、质量可言。因此,“正”是作为一名合格的营销经理最重要的品质。然而,仅仅如此还是远远不够的,还要有强烈的责任感。所谓,“在其位,谋其政,做其事,尽其责。”忠于职守,勤勉尽责是每一位工作人员最起码的职业操守。要把工作做到尽善尽美,精益求精,就必须有强烈的责任感。有了责任心方能敬业,自觉把岗位职责、分内之事铭记于心,该做什么、怎么去做及早规划,未雨绸缪;有了责任心方能尽职,一心扑在工作上,有没有人看到都一样,做到不因事大而难为,不因事小而不为,不因事多而忘为,不因事杂而错为;有了责任心方能进取,不因循守旧、墨守陈规、原地踏步,而是勇于创新、与时俱进、奋力拼搏。人的一生必须承担各种各样的责任,对于自己应承担的责任要勇于(请你支持)担当。责任承载着能力,一个充满责任感的人,才有机会充分展现自己的能力,体现自身价值。也只有品行端正,责任感
