1.Introduction
MynameisLuWenjing.IgraduatedfromLanzhouEducationCollegeinJuly,2008.ImajoredinEnglishTeachingwhenIwasincollegeaboutthreeyears.IspentmostofmytimelearningEnglish,andI’velearnedalotofknowledgefrommymajor.Luckily,mydreamcametrueinMarch,2009.I’vebeenaprimaryschoolteacher.Fromthenon,IworkforYuduPrimarySchoolinJingchuanCountyasanEnglishteacher.ThissemesterIteachthestudentswhoareatGradeSix.Unluckily,mostofstudentsareshyandafraidofspeakingEnglishintheclassroom,sohowtoimprovetheirspokenEnglishhasbecomeaproblemwhichshouldbesolvedassoonaspossible.Myproblemishowtodevelopprimaryschoolstudents’spokenEnglishability.

TheproblemIhaveinmyteachingisthatmostofmystudentsdonotlikedoingtheoralpracticeIassignthemtodoinclass.
2.2Problemanalysis
Inmyteaching,theproblemidentifiedwasreallyaseriousproblem.Mypreliminaryresearchconfirmedthattherewerethreemainreasonsthataccountedforstudents’reluctancetodotheoralassignmentsinclass.Firstly,somestudentsdidnotfeelinterestedindoingoralEnglishaloneinclass．Theythoughttheycouldnotcommunicatewithoutpartners.Secondly,somestudentshadsomedifficultiesindoingoralpractice,sotheyhopedthattheycoulddoitinclassundermoreconcretedirectionoftheteacher.Thirdly,moststudentsfeltoverloadedbecauseofheavierhomeworkassignments.
TheProblemhadbeentroublingmeforalongtimeandnowIwasdeterminedtofindasolutiontotheproblem.Inmystudy,Iusedfourmethodsofanalysis.
