小学英语教研组教学总结（TeachingSummaryofPrimarySchoolEnglishTeachingandResearchGroup）

我校于今年2月成立了英语教研组，本教研组共有5名教师，其中专职教师4名，兼职教师1名，在我们的共同努力下，本学期我校的英语取得了必须的进步。

现将一学期的工作总结如下：

一、加强理论学习，落实"英语课程标准"的精神（1.Strengthentheoreticalstudyandimplementthespiritof"EnglishCourseStandard"）

在当今信息社会中，教育教学理论不断推陈出新，如不及时学习就会处于被动的局面，因而本教研组加强了理论学习的力度。

为适应英语课程改革的需要，我们认真学习了"英语课程标准"，改变了过去以"教师为中心"的传统教学观念，树立了"面向全体学生，突出学生主体，促进学生发展"的新的教育理念，要穿新鞋走新路，将新课程标准的精神落实到具体的行动之中，避免教学的滞后性和盲目性。

二、加强统一认识，落实"教书育人"的思想（2.Strengthenunifiedunderstandingandimplementtheideaof​​"teachingandeducatingpeople"）

每学期初，全体英语教师在一齐畅所欲言，谈谈从事外语教学的一些体会和想法，有个别教师认为教英语班级多、人数多，至少三个班，比较吃苦。

作为教研组长，要认真、耐心地做好他们的思想工作，要善于洞察每位教师的心态，统一思想认识，把"关爱学生，奉献小学外语教学"作为本组的座右铭，任何时候都要为学生着想，一心一意扑在小学外语教学上，把"教书育人"的思想摆在自己的心坎上。

三、落实是落实课堂教学常规，体现学生的自主学习（3.Implementationistoimplementclassroomteachingroutinesandreflectstudents'autonomouslearning）

为适应时代的需要，为圆满完成小学英语的教学目的，到达的要求，根据上级有关文件精神和我校的实际状况，特制定了我校外语课堂教学常规，其宗旨是教师上课时要精神饱满，要发挥好教学目标的作用，着眼于培养学生运用语言的潜力。

透过创设合理的教学情景，引导学生在模拟或真实的交际中理解、模仿和运用语言，要充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演手法，生动活泼地进行外语教学，充分体现学生是课堂的主人，是学习的主人。

四、加强群众备课，落实"最优化"的教学设计（4.Strengthenthepreparationoflessonsforthemassesandimplementthe"optimal"teachingdesign）

坚持群众备课制度是我校一贯的做法，我校规定每周四下午组织群众备课活动。

为使每一位英语教师都能养成自觉的行为，我们从学校的客观实际出发，着手加强了备课组的改革，要求同年级应加强群众备课。

备课时要充分挖掘每一位教师的潜力，充分挖掘教材的内涵，对教材进行恰当的调整和重组;要做到"五备三鼓"，即备课标、备教材、备教法、备学法、备练习，备课中多思考学生的实际状况，多腾出时间鼓励学生用心思维、鼓励学生运用交际语言、鼓励学生大胆创新，尽可能避免课堂上死气沉沉的气氛;备课时，同年级组成员对组内规定的课题分散备课，写出祥案，然后在规定的时间内进行群众讨论，并且要求同年级的每一位英语教师做到"四个同一"，即备同一堂课、备同一个教案、上同一堂课、持续同一个进度，切实将"最优化"的教学设计落实在课堂上。

五、扎实做好说普通话、写规范字、写规范文的工作（5.DoasolidjobofspeakingMandarin,writingstandardizedcharacters,andwritingstandardizedtexts）

虽然我们组的老师都是英语教师，上课都使用英语，很少使用普通话，但是，一学期以来，我们英语组的每一位英语教师用心响应学校组织的各项说普通话、写规范字、写规范文的工作的活动，包括青年教师演讲比赛、读书沙龙活动等等。

六、课题组成员持续高度的研究状态，使课题研究开展到位（6.Thecontinuoushigh-levelresearchstatusofthemembersoftheresearchteammakestheresearchoftheresearchinplace）

由我校独立承担的课题已进入正式试验阶段，本教研组确定了子课题，为切实搞好该课题的研究，课题组全体成员统一了思想认识，哪怕工作再忙，课题研究不能丢，哪怕困难再大，也要持之以恒，努力克服，扎扎实实地做好课题研究;每学期初制订切实可行的计划，期末实事求是地进行总结，围绕主题，注重过程的研究，研究应不离学生，不离课堂，但也能够向课外拓展要动员非课题组成员参与课题研究，是每一位英语教师都处于研究状态，用心撰写教育论文，以课题研究为契机促进课堂教学的改革。

七、严格执行计划，使教研活动开展到位（7.Strictlyimplementtheplantomaketeachingandresearchactivitiesinplace）

教研组要严格按照期初制订的教研计划，安排好每位教师的教研活动课。

经常性地开展教研活动，有利于构成一种充满民主和生机又讲究实效的教研风气;教研组要给每一位英语教师施加压力，要求每一位教师每学期至少开一堂公开课、汇报课或观摩课;要求新教师要上好一堂公开课，老教师要为新教师上好一堂示范课，以老促新，以老帮新。

透过民主讨论、深刻分析、相互比较、相互探讨，使所上课的教学目标更加明确，教学资料更加翔实，教学要求更加浅显，教学方法更加体现教学资料，教学效果更加突出。

教研组的这种利用群众力量进行教学研讨的方法，使得组内每一位英语教师更加自觉学习，相互探讨、钻研业务的风气更加浓厚，由此带来的是每一位教师的综合素质的提高。
