InstructionsforRegistration&qualification

1.ThequestionnaireofRegistration&QUALIFICATIONwillbeheldbyContracts&ProcurementDepartmentofXXXOILCOMPANYLtd,andwillbemadeavailabletoprojectsponsorsonrequest.Vendorsshallbeconsideredbasedoncompetencyandavailabilitytoperformthework/servicesand/orprovidematerialsandequipmentofthetypesandquantitiesrequiredfortheoperationsoftheCompany.

2.AllvendorsshouldbeawareofthatQUALIFICATIONispartoftheselectionprocess;thecriteriaappliedshouldbeconsistentwiththeevaluationcriteriainthelaterbiddingprocess.

3.ApplicationforregistrationandQUALIFICATIONshallbemadebycompletingandsubmitting.Answersmustbegiventoallquestionsinthedocument.Ifnecessary,additionalsheetsmaybeattached.

4.Eachsheetshallbedulysignedbyapersondulyauthorizedtosignonbehalfoftheapplicant.

5.TheQualificationdocumentsshallbepreparedoneoriginalsetinTwo

（2）hard-copyandonesoftcopyinaCD.ThePre-QualificationDocumentsshouldbepackedseparatelyandsubmittedtogetherwithBidProposalpackage.TheSoftcopyshouldalsobesenttotheemailatleastTen（10）daysearlierthantheBidClosingDateasspecifiedinSection1ofITTdocuments.
