请使用60分钟完成一篇投诉信题目的列出要投诉的内容和一篇致歉信题目中列出的致歉内容，不必写开头结尾，仅研磨主体。

开头结尾按照练习5的方式（练习5写完后最好请人修正一下）进行，主体按照练习6的方式（修正后的）进行。
