I.Installationofembedmentbolt

Embedmentboltshallbeinstalledwithassistantsteelframeforfixingandboltforadjusting,asshowninfigure1:

Assistantsteelframewillbeusedtocontroltheaccuratesoastoensurethesmoothinstallation.

Settheconstructioncontrolline:

measureoutthecenterlineandextendit,setcontrolpointaroundthefoundation,whichtobemadeastheconstructioncontrolpoint.

Setoutthelinewiththeodoliteand50msteeltapeandmarkoutthedetailedlocationofeachembeddedbolt.

Fabricateandweldassistantsteelframebyuseof[10channelsteelaspertheboltenforcementrequirement.

Drillhole,putthroughandtightentheboltasperthelocationmarkedonsteelframeandmakethepreliminarycalibrationtoboltbyuseofsteeltape.

Makeaccuratecalibrationtoeachembeddedboltbyuseoftheodoliteandadjustableboltaroundthescrew,weldthelowerpartofscrewwithchannelsteelby50x5anglesteelbracingafterrecheckedandqualifiedtomaketheembeddedboltintointegralone,andappliedwithproperprotectionoilandtiedproperlywithwater-proofmaterial.

Accuratecontrolofembeddedpartandscrew:

embeddedpartandscrewshallbeinstalledandcontrolledonitsplanebyonetheodoliteandonelevel,monitoreachembeddedscrewandpartagainstthedesignedaxialcenterlineandmakethegroutingaftercheckedandqualified.Duringgrouting,2theodolitesand1levelshallbeusedformonitoringandmakethepropercorrectioniffoundanymovementandsettlementtoensuretheaccurateofembeddedpartandboltconstruction.

Horizontalmovementofscrewshallbecontrolledbyadjustableboltweldedaroundscrewon[10channelsteeltoensurethecorrectnessoflocationofembeddedbolt.

 

II.Formworks

A.Selectionofformpanel

Duringstructureconstruction,sectionarea,sizeandspecificationofcolumn,beamandplatearecomplexandwithmanybracketsoncolumn,andwithconsiderationofourexperienceandadvancedworkmanshipaswell,formplywood,compoundformworkstiffenedbyφ50x100woodenblock,steelpipefasteningpartsandshapesteelaretobeused.

B.Fabricationofformpanel

Formpanelusedforthisprojectshallbeshippedtositeforassemblyafterthey’vefabricatedintoshapeformpanelinworkshop,numberedandappliedwithisolationagentproperly.

Makeinspectiononmaterialshippedtositebeforeformpanelfabricationtoconfirmitscoincidentthicknessandsmoothofitssurface.

Duringformpanelmaking,astoreducethejointandtoimprovetheaccuracyofinstallation,thewoodenblocksshallbeinstalledwith150mmstaggeredouteachother,asshowninfigure2:

C.Formpanelinstallation

Afterformpanelfabricatedinworkshop,theyshallbeshippedtothedesignatedsiteforinstallationagainstthepropernumber,allthejointandseamshallbefilledwithspongesheettoensureitstightnesssoastopreventtheleakage.Beforereusetheformpanel,concreteremainingonitssurfaceshallberemovedandproperrepairshallbedoneonthedamagedformpanelandreplaceitifnecessary.

III.ReinforcementSteelBarWorks

A.Materialcontrol

Qualityofsteelbarworkwilldirectlyaffectthequalityandsafetyofstructuresoit’snecessarytobeenforcedandcontrolledfrommaterialandstorageduringconstruction.

Allthesteelbarsusedfortheprojectshallbeissuedwithex-workandqualificationcertificates.

Steelbarsshallbestoredingrade,batch,brand,diameterandlengthrespectivelyafterdeliveredtositeandkeptawayfromacid,alkaliandoilandharmfulgas.Steelbarsshallbewatchedandcaredbyspecialpersonnelandstrictdeliveryandacquisitionstatementandrecordshallbesetupandfollowedproperly.

B.SteelBarFabrication

a.ReinforcingSteelBarSetting-out

Beforereinforcingbarfabrication,itshallbeset-outstrictlyaspertheconstructiondrawingandprevailingspecification,duringsetting-outitshallbeconsideredthebendextension,butt-welding,effectiveseamlengthofarc-welding,anchoringlength,overlappinglengthofreinforcingbarandactualconditionsonsite.

b.Steelbarfabrication

Setthesampleasperthematerialpreparationsheetandfabricateitstrictlyfollowingthematerialpreparationsheetagainstthesize,styleandquantity.Afterfabrication,theyshallbesortedoutandhungupoftagandstackedproperly.

Detailrecordshallbetakenbyforemanwhoischargeofworkshopsoastocontrolthemproperlytoavoidmisuseandwastageofmaterial.

C.SteelBarInstallation

Beforeinstallation,verifythesteelnumber,diameter,shape,sizeandquantityagainstmaterialsheetanddesigndrawing,getpreparationreadyforconcreteprotectionlayerconstructionandmakesurethesequenceofsteelbarpassingandpositioningsoastoreducethedifficultyofsteelbarbinding.

Steelbarshallbeinstalledstrictlyaspertheconstructiondrawingtokeepthesteelbarsinrequiredspacedistance,location,firminbindingpointandeachcrosspointofsteelbarsaroundfoundation,column,wallboard,andplatform.Verticalsteelbarmorethanφ16shallbeextendedbyelectricalpressurewelding,verticalsteelbarofchimneyshallbeconnectedbymechanicalofthreads,barlessthanφ16canbeconnectedbyoverlapping,barmorethanΦ40canbeextendedhorizontallybysitemanualarcgroovewelding.Steelbarshallbeconnectedbythemannerdependingontheactualsitecondition(suchasclimate,ambientandschedule)tosatisfytheconstructionqualitytarget.

Asforthereinforcingbarreservedabovethefoundationorbaseplateofcolumn,wallofundergroundpitandpond,setouttheframelinebeforebarbinding,andsetonerunofhorizontalorbindingbarandwelditontothefoundationorbaseplateoneachlayerofupper&lowerreinforcingbarsurfaceandtheninsertinwithsteelreinforcingbarandwelditfirmlyafterpositioned,asshowninfigure7:

Asthefoundationoflargeequipmentsuchasturbinebaseplateisveryhighanduppersteelbarsaretoomuch,withconsiderationofconstructionqualityandsafetyandsomeunexpectedmaybehappeningduringconstruction,deflectionandoverallstabilityandstrengthshallbecalculatedproperlyandthicksteelbarsshallbeusedforverticalsupportingandupper&lowerhorizontalrolesandbracings,thedetailspacedistancebetweensupportsanddiameterofsteelbartobeusedshallbedecidedasperthecalculationwhenconstructed,steelbarsupportistobemadeasfigure8:

Asforthedouble-floorreinforcedsteelbarorbasesteelbar,inordertokeeptheupperlayersteelbarmeshincorrectposition,levelandwithoutanydeformation,“几”stylesteelbarsupportingshallbeusedtofirmlysupporttheuppersteelbarmesh,steelbarnotlessthanΦ16shallbeusedforsupportingthebasementsteelbarandsteelbarΦ12shallbeusedasforthefloor.

15.1.2.1ConcreteWorks

A.Concreterawmaterialcontrol

a.Cement

Cementshallbesuppliedtositewithqualificationcertificateandstrengthreportandeachindexshallconformtorelevanttechnicalandqualitystandard.Cementshallbecheckedasperthespecifiedbatchandonlycanbeusedafterqualified.

Cementshallbestackedinbrand,categoryandex-factorydaterespectivelyafterdeliveredtositeandinspected.

Astopreventthecementfrommoisture,storehouseforcementshallbesealedandcementshallbestored30cmabovethegroundand30cmfromwall.

Storagetimeofcementcannotmorethan3monthsafterex-factory.

Taketherecordandstatementofcement.

b.Sand

Sandusedforconcreteshallbeselectedasperthegrain-sizeclassificationandsubjecttotheduetestaswell.

c.Granulatedstone

Granulatedstoneforconcreteshallbeselectedinsizeof5mm-31.5mmandsubjecttotheduetestagainstthespecification.

d.Othercompositionmaterials

Additionagentshallbeinvestigatedofitsmanufacturerbeforeusingandmaterialarrangedtositeshallconformtotherelevantstandardandtobeselecteddependinguponthesiteconditionaswell.

B.Ratioofconcrete

Beforeconstruction,designanddecidetheratioofconcretewithconsiderationofrelevantactualconditionssuchastechnicalparameters,primarycuteduration,formstrippingtime,constructionclimateandrawmaterialandpreparetheconcreteasfollowing:

a.Designprocessofconcretemixtureratiopreparation:

strengthcalculation→water-cementratiocalculation→waterandcementamountpreparationcalculation→sandrateselection→calculationoffineandcoarseaggregatemixtureratio→mixturebytrying→adjustmaterialdemanding→issueofmixtureratiodesignreport

b.Concretemixtureratiodesigntobeconformedto:

●Satisfythedesignstrengthandendurance;

●Concretemixturehasgoodconstructioneasinessandpropercollapsibility;

●Mixratiohasthepracticaltechnologicaleconomies.

c.Siteconcretemixture

Beforeproducingconcreteonsite,firstvalueoutthewatercontentofsandandstoneandthenadjusttheconcretemixratioinlabaccordinglyandproducetheconcretedependingontheadjustedmixratio.

C.ConcreteProductionandTransportation

Onesetofconcreteauto-mixingplantwithitsproducingabilityof50m3/handtwotransferringpumpsshallbepreparedonsite,soastosatisfythelargedemandofconcreteons
