Installation of embedment boltEmbedment bolt shall be installed with assistant steel frame for fixing and bolt for adjusting, as shown in figure 1:Figure 1Assistant steel frame will be used to control the accurate so as to ensure the smooth installation.Set the construction control lin

2、e: measure out the centerline and extend it, set control point around the foundation, which to be made as the construction control point.Set out the line with theodolite and 50m steel tape and mark out the detailed location of each embedded bolt.Fabricate and weld assistant steel frame by use of 10

3、channel steel as per the bolt enforcement requirement.Drill hole, put through and tighten the bolt as per the location marked on steel frame and make the preliminary calibration to bolt by use of steel tape.Make accurate calibration to each embedded bolt by use of theodolite and adjustable bolt arou

4、nd the screw, weld the lower part of screw with channel steel by 50x5 angle steel bracing after rechecked and qualified to make the embedded bolt into integral one, and applied with proper protection oil and tied properly with water-proof material.Accurate control of embedded part and screw: embedde

5、d part and screw shall be installed and controlled on its plane by one theodolite and one level, monitor each embedded screw and part against the designed axial centerline and make the grouting after checked and qualified. During grouting, 2 theodolites and 1 level shall be used for monitoring and m

6、ake the proper correction if found any movement and settlement to ensure the accurate of embedded part and bolt construction.Horizontal movement of screw shall be controlled by adjustable bolt welded around screw on 10 channel steel to ensure the correctness of location of embedded bolt.IIFormworksA

Selection of formpanelDuring structure construction, section area, size and specification of column, beam and plate are complex and with many brackets on column, and with consideration of our experience and advanced workmanship as well, form plywood, compound formwork stiffened by50x100 wooden blo

8、ck, steel pipe fastening parts and shape steel are to be used. B. Fabrication of formpanel Formpanel used for this project shall be shipped to site for assembly after theyve fabricated into shape formpanel in workshop, numbered and applied with isolation agent properly.Make inspection on material sh

9、ipped to site before formpanel fabrication to confirm its coincident thickness and smooth of its surface.During formpanel making, as to reduce the joint and to improve the accuracy of installation, the wooden blocks shall be installed with 150mm staggered out each other, as shown in figure 2:Figure

Formpanel installationAfter formpanel fabricated in workshop, they shall be shipped to the designated site for installation against the proper number, all the joint and seam shall be filled with sponge sheet to ensure its tightness so as to prevent the leakage. Before reuse the formpanel, concre

11、te remaining on its surface shall be removed and proper repair shall be done on the damaged form panel and replace it if necessary.a. Foundation formworkFigure 3b. Material controlQuality of steel bar work will directly affect the quality and safety of structure so its necessary to be enforced and

13、controlled from material and storage during construction.All the steel bars used for the project shall be issued with ex-work and qualification certificates.Steel bars shall be stored in grade, batch, brand, diameter and length respectively after delivered to site and kept away from acid, alkali and

14、 oil and harmful gas. Steel bars shall be watched and cared by special personnel and strict delivery and acquisition statement and record shall be set up and followed properly.B. Steel Bar Fabricationa. Reinforcing Steel Bar Setting-outBefore reinforcing bar fabrication, it shall be set-out strictly

15、 as per the construction drawing and prevailing specification, during setting-out it shall be considered the bend extension, butt-welding, effective seam length of arc-welding, anchoring length, overlapping length of reinforcing bar and actual conditions on site. b. Steel bar fabricationSet the samp

16、le as per the material preparation sheet and fabricate it strictly following the material preparation sheet against the size, style and quantity. After fabrication, they shall be sorted out and hung up of tag and stacked properly.Detail record shall be taken by foreman who is charge of workshop so a

17、s to control them properly to avoid misuse and wastage of material.C. Steel Bar InstallationBefore installation, verify the steel number, diameter, shape, size and quantity against material sheet and design drawing, get preparation ready for concrete protection layer construction and make sure the s

18、equence of steel bar passing and positioning so as to reduce the difficulty of steel bar binding.Steel bar shall be installed strictly as per the construction drawing to keep the steel bars in required space distance, location, firm in binding point and each cross point of steel bars around foundati

19、on, column, wallboard, and platform. Vertical steel bar more than 16 shall be extended by electrical pressure welding,vertical steel bar of chimney shall be connected by mechanical of threads, bar less than16 can be connected by overlapping, bar more than40 can be extended horizontally by site manua

20、l arc groove welding. Steel bar shall be connected by the manner depending on the actual site condition (such as climate, ambient and schedule) to satisfy the construction quality target.As for the reinforcing bar reserved above the foundation or base plate of column, wall of underground pit and pon

21、d, set out the frame line before bar binding, and set one run of horizontal or binding bar and weld it onto the foundation or baseplate on each layer of upper & lower reinforcing bar surface and then insert in with steel reinforcing bar and weld it firmly after positioned, as shown in figure 7:Figur

22、e 7As the foundation of large equipment such as turbine base plate is very high and upper steel bars are too much, with consideration of construction quality and safety and some unexpected may be happening during construction, deflection and overall stability and strength shall be calculated properl

23、y and thick steel bars shall be used for vertical supporting and upper & lower horizontal roles and bracings, the detail space distance between supports and diameter of steel bar to be used shall be decided as per the calculation when constructed, steel bar support is to be made as figure 8: Figure

24、8As for the double-floor reinforced steel bar or base steel bar, in order to keep the upper layer steel bar mesh in correct position, level and without any deformation, “几” style steel bar supporting shall be used to firmly support the upper steel bar mesh, steel bar not less than16 shall be used fo

25、r supporting the basement steel bar and steel bar12 shall be used as for the floor.Reinforcement Steel Bar Quality Control Programyes 15.1.2.1 Concrete WorksA. Concrete raw material controla. CementCement shall be supplied to site with qualification certificate and strength report and each index sha

26、ll conform to relevant technical and quality standard. Cement shall be checked as per the specified batch and only can be used after qualified.Cement shall be stacked in brand, category and ex-factory date respectively after delivered to site and inspected.As to prevent the cement from moisture, sto

27、re house for cement shall be sealed and cement shall be stored 30cm above the ground and 30cm from wall.Storage time of cement can not more than 3 months after ex-factory.Take the record and statement of cement.b. SandSand used for concrete shall be selected as per the grain-size classification and

28、subject to the due test as well.c. Granulated stoneGranulated stone for concrete shall be selected in size of 5mm-31.5mm and subject to the due test against the specification.d. Other composition materialsAddition agent shall be investigated of its manufacturer before using and material arranged to

29、site shall conform to the relevant standard and to be selected depending upon the site condition as well.B. Ratio of concreteBefore construction, design and decide the ratio of concrete with consideration of relevant actual conditions such as technical parameters, primary cute duration, form strippi

30、ng time, construction climate and raw material and prepare the concrete as following:a. Design process of concrete mixture ratio preparation:strength calculationwater-cement ratio calculationwater and cement amount preparation calculationsand rate selectioncalculation of fine and coarse aggregate mi

31、xture ratiomixture by tryingadjust material demandingissue of mixture ratio design reportb. Concrete mixture ratio design to be conformed to: Satisfy the design strength and endurance; Concrete mixture has good construction easiness and proper collapsibility; Mix ratio has the practical technologica

Site concrete mixtureBefore producing concrete on site, first value out the water content of sand and stone and then adjust the concrete mix ratio in lab accordingly and produce the concrete depending on the adjusted mix ratio. Concrete Production and TransportationOne set of concrete auto-mixing plant with its producing ability of 50m3/h and two transferring pumps shall be prepared on site, so as to satisfy the large demand of concrete on s
