东莞证券网上开户业务流程一、业务介绍

1、根据《中国证券登记结算有限责任公司证券账户非现场开户实施暂行办法》和《证券公司开立客户账户规范》等规定～证券公司可以在经营场所内为客户现场开立账户～也可以通过见证、网上及证券监督管理机关认可的其他方式为客户开立账户。

网上开户～是指证券公司通过数字证书验证客户身份～并通过互联网为客户办理账户开立手续。

2、通过采取网上方式为客户办理开户手续～应当符合以下规定:

（1）网上开户仅适用于个人客户本人凭合法有效数字证书的开户申请,

（2）通过在线实时采集客户影像资料,客户正面照、身份证正反面照、银行卡正面照、视频见证和录像,、公安部身份信息联网查询、手机短信验证、视频/电话回访、人工复核等多重手段～确保是本人亲自办理开户;

（3）网上开户使用中登公司颁发的数字证书～营业部接受客户通过数字证书办理相关业务～应符合中登公司证书申请、更新、冻结、解冻、作废、查询等流程以及相关接口规范～并对数字证书记载的个人信息与账户有关个人信息的一致性进行比对。

3、系统自动对通过网上开户方式开立的账户标识为“网上开户”。

4、目前系统只允许境内个人投资者通过网上开户方式申请开户业务～暂时不支持港澳台居民通过网上系统申请。

5、营业部必须在账户开通使用前完成回访工作。

二、网上开户业务办理流程

1、打开网上开户页面

浏览器输入“东莞证券”进入东莞证券官网首页——点击页面左上角“网上开户”图标——安装数字证书助手

2、身份认证

（1）自动检测系统程序:

登录公司网上自助开户系统～正确填写手机号码、获取短信验证码后输入验证码～点击“申请开户”。

系统会自动判断客户的电脑是否已安装开户助手～如检测未安装～则系统会提示客户下载。

如已安装开户助手～则直接进入录入个人信息界面。

正确录入第二代身份证的姓名、身份证号码～开户营业部选择“东莞—寮步营业部”。

选择存管银行～分别有建行、农行、工行、东莞银行、中国银行、兴业银行、民生银行、平安、浦发、华夏等,后续系统继续增加各家银行,

（3）影像采集:

客户使用摄像头或本地上传图片～按要求分别拍摄或上传:

身份证反面、三方存管银行卡正面,要求白纸为底～摆放正规～能清楚看到身份证与银行卡各文字,。

要求图像光线适中、关键信息清晰可见。

影像采集完毕后～进入下一步视频见证～系统将自动检测影像质量。

4,视频见证:

点击开始见证～大约等待1-2分钟～页面提示是否接收视频～点“是”与工作人员连接视频。

5,下载数字证书:

系统将自动检测必须完成视频及公安校验结果一致～才允许进入下载数字证书的步骤。

2、签署开户协议:

数字证书安装成功后～进入开户协议签署环节～对客户进行投资者教育～揭示投资风险。

客户阅读《拓展关系确认书》、《证券交易风险提示书》、《买者自负承诺函》、《证券交易委托代理协议》、《客户交易结算资金第三方存管协议》和《客户须知》等经纪客户开户文件资料～同意并接受后～勾选左下角的“我已阅读并同意以上所有协议”～系统便自动使用客户电脑本地安装的中登公司数字证书电子签署开户申请材料。

3、完善资料:

客户必须真实、正确填写个人详细信息～包括:

学历、职业、通信地址、行业等信息、正确录入存管银行账号～客户按要求完成风险承受能力测评问卷～设置交易密码和资金密码～提交开户申请。

如果客户是由营销人员拓展时～客户还需要在“推荐人编号”处录入“97169”。

注:

凡通过网上申请开户的～系统自动默认选择新开深圳、上海证券账户及新开深TA账户。

4、提交申请:

客户在网上提交开户申请后～便可退出系统等待营业部工作人员审核资料。

营业部员工将在1-2个工作日完成开户资料审核～审核结果将及时通过短信形式向客户反馈。

客户也可以登录系统查询开户进度。

5、新开户回访工作:
