Whatismore,amajorityofnewproductsmaybeavaiblethrough

invention.Therefore,itisalsosignificantfactorforimprovingourliving

standards.Owingtosuchbenefits,nowondermoreandmorecountries

focusoninventiontoday.

Recognizingitsimportanceisonlythefiststeptoadvocateinvetionor

innovation,andsomeeffectivemeasuresshouldbetakenforit.Forone

thing,ourauthorityshouldcontinuetoenlargetherecruitofgraduate.For

achievingthissuccess.Evenifsomeonewasunbelievablyluckyenoughto

becomeamanagernotbeingqualifiedenough,hewillbeaskedtoresignin

thenearfuturebecauseofhisinabilityduetolackofknowledgeand

experiencetomakerightdecisions.Forinstance,Iusedtoworkforavery

smallcompanyownedbyafriend.Thiscompanywaslaterclosedbecause

ofbankruptcy.Thecauseofbankruptcywaswrongstrategiesanddecisions

madebytheowner.Afterthefailure,hewenttoauniversityandworkedfor

anothercompanysothathecouldobtainexperienceandbecomea

successfulbusinessman.Nowadays,heconsidershimselfasuccessfulperson

becausehehadturnedintorealityhistwobiggestdreamsofproducing

consumergoodsofhighqualityandmakingcharitabledonationstoneedy

people.

Insum,aslongassomeoneunderstandssuccessasanabilitytoturn

intorealitysomeofhisdreamsandgoals,hewillhavetoworkhardbecause
