Studentorganizationleadersandpartyorganizationsintheschoolundertheguidanceofthestudentgrouporganizedamassorganizationwhichforallstudents,schools,teachersandstudentsandbridgethelinkbetween,interestsinmaintainingtheschooltopromoteschooldevelopment,butalsofullyexpressionandmaintenanceofthespecificinterestsofthestudents;itisthestudentsself-education,self-service,self-managementisanimportantplatform,isanimportantcarrierofcampusculture,campusculturalactivitiesisthemainfront,strengthentheconstructionofstudentorganizations,toguidetheirhealthdevelopment,ontheonehandenablestudentstolearnself-training,growthandsuccess,theothercantakeadvantageofstudentorganizationsoncampustheimportantroleofcultureinthisorganizationforcollegestudentsthroughthe‘bridge’toimplementfar-reachingculturaleducation.

Asartstudentsinthinking,personality,learningprocessesandmethods,organizationsandothertypesofactivitieswithotherstudentsaredifferent,thestudentorganizationshavetoconsiderthecommonalityofthegeneralstudentorganizations,butalsofullytakeintoaccountthecharacteristicsofartstudents.Theauthorofthemodernconceptofhumanresourcemanagementanalysis,toexploretheartstudentorganizationsintheapplication.

First,thecharacteristicsofartstudentsArtstudentscanbecharacterizedasfollows:

activethinking,distinctive,creativeandstrongbutslack.Artmajorsduetotheirownpersonalitytraits,mentallyalertactive,innovative,collegestudentsinthemostsensitiveanddynamicgroups.Theystressedthatpersonality,self-awarenesswassignificantlyhigherthannon-artstudents,topursuedifferent,includingbehavior,interactionwithothersandsolikeintheirownwayandhobbies,andlessemphasisonothersfortheirviewsontheirmostsignificantfeaturesthereisastrongdesiretocreateandhighercreativity,andtheircreativeprocessandhowoftentoshowthecharacteristicsofslackduebytheteachingmethods,theimpactoflivingandlearning,aswellastheirlackofself-discipline,commonartstudentsasenseofdiscipline,lazyhabits,relaxationandsoonthebasisoflearningandtheyaspiretoso-calledabsolutefreedom,discipline,education,andevenideologicalandmoraleducationhaveastrongrebellious.

Second,theconceptofmodernhumanresourcemanagementapplicationModernhumanresourcemanagementhasseveralbasiccharacteristics:

①humancharacteristics,humanresourcemanagementtohuman-oriented,alwaysputthemostvaluablemembersoftheorganizationistoorganizethewealthoftopics,emphasizingthecareofpeople,thepeoplereallybeprotectedasaresource,theuseofanddevelopment.②win-winnatureandreciprocity.mutualorientationofhumanresourcesmanagement,stressmanagementshouldbetogetmembersoftheorganization’sperformanceandsatisfactionwiththegrowthofthedoubleresult;emphasizestheorganizationandthemembersofthe‘commoninterest’,andtheimportanceofmemberstoexploreagreaterinitiativeandresponsibility.③strategicandcomprehensiveHumanResourcesManagementtomembersbasedonthehighestlevelintheorganizationmakeadecision-making,strategicmanagementistheoverallactivitiesofallpersonnelandrecruitment,appointment,training,developmentofthewholeprocessofmanagement.④systematicandholistic.humanresourcesmanagementemphasisonsystematic,takingintoaccounttheorganization’stechnologysystemsandsocialpsychologicalsystems;emphasizestheintegrityoftheoperation,ontheonehand,humanresourcemanagementconsistencybetweenthevariousfunctionsoftheotherorganizationiscompatiblewithotherstrategiestosupporttheorganization’sstrategyandmanagement.

Modernhumanresourcemanagementobjectivesistoensureorganizationsmaximizehumanresourcestomeetthedemand,tomaximizethedevelopmentandmanagementofhumanresourcesbothinsideandoutsidetheorganization,maintenance,andencouragetheorganization’shumanresources,tofullymobilizetheenthusiasmandcreativitytothegreatestpotentialtoplayintheartstudentorganizations,forthecharacteristicsofartstudentsandstudentorganizationsproblems,theintroductionofmodernhumanresourcemanagementconceptsandmethodsofworkfromstudentsandstaff,membersoftherecruitment,studentleaderstraining,motivationandperformanceevaluation,etc.toenhanceartstudentorganizations,tomaximizetheworkofartstudentsenthusiasmandcreativityofstudentsinachievingorganizationalgoals,butalsotohelpstudentstaptheirpotentialandrealizetheirownvalues.
