环境保护竣工验收申请流程（a）工厂需要联系相关环保部门进行污染排放的监测，并获得监测报告（b）填写申请表，提交上述材料至当地环保局（c）环保局对工厂情况和所安装的环保设施进行现场评估（d）如果达标，环保局将出具“建设项目竣工环境保护验收”批文（e）整个验收流程需要3个月时间。

3.PDRapplicationprocedure:

（a）EPBissuesthePDR（b）PollutantsdischargingunitsshalltruthfullyfillouttheannualPDRForm,andthensubmitthePDR

污染物排放申报流程：

（a）当地环保部门发放年度污染物排放申报表给各企业（b）污染物排放单位要如实填写年度污染物排放申报表，然后提交到当地环保局进行登记，最后获得已盖章的污染物申报登记回执。

使用或存储危险化学品的生产单位需要获得危险化学品经营许可证和生产运输许可证

7.Chemicalsapttomakingdrugs:

ChemicalsintheClassIListshouldapplyforPurchasePermitfromlocalsecurityauthoritiesaboveprovinciallevel.ChemicalsintheClassIIandIIIListsshouldregisterthepurchasewiththelocalsecurityauthoritiesabovecountylevel.

易制毒化学品：

使用化学品清单上第一类化学品的生产单位要向当地省级以上人民政府安全部门申请购买许可证。

（c）消防局评估现场环境及为该项目安装的消防设施（d）如果达标，消防局将出具”消防竣工验收”证书。
