AbstractThemainfactorswhichcausethestructuraldiseaseofhigh-piledwharfs,andthecharacteristicofstrengtheningmethodsareintroducedandanalysedtakingahigh-piledwharfasanexamplele.Finalyastrengtheningandrehabilitationmethodforthewharfisproposed,whichcanbeusedasthereferenceforthedesignofsimilarstructuralprojectsubsequently.

1.Foreword

Toguaranteethesafeandnormalusageofawharf,inadditiontoatdesign,theconstructionstageprovidesthegoodinbornconditionforawharf,atusethestagetoalsoneedtocattyonthelong-termmaintenancetoawharf.Whenawharfappearstheharm,agingetc.phenomenonorsuffersthedisaster,stillneedtocarryonthecheckandexamineapatienttoawharf,andadopttocorrespondofmaintainorreinforcethemeasure.

Thediseaseofawharfharmsthemainperformancetobecomerustytheeclipse,concretecarbonization,concretecorrosion,theconcretepiecetocuttofacetodecreaseforthereinforcingbar,theconcreteopensthe,water,leaking,thestructurespendgreatly,thestructuretiltstoonesidetobepartialtomoveetc.Butproducethefactorthatthesediseaseharmcontainfollowingseveralaspectses:

(1)Thebuildingdesignquantitylevel,designespeciallymediumtotheconsiderationdegreeoftheconsiderationdegreeofthedurables;

(2)Thefunctionthatconstructsthematerialsatisfiesthedegreeofenduringsexrequest;

(3)Theconstructionquantitylevel,thecraftmeasureoftheexaltationconcreteandthestructuredurable;

(4)Buildingtheenvironmentconditionoftheplace,anatmosphere,groundwaterandcorrosionfactorwithintheindustryenvironment.

3.1Engineeringgeneralsituation

Awharf(figure1)ofsomeposeofsetupin1960,useuptonowalready46years.Longbreadthof×ofthewholewharfbuildingflatsurfacesize=the84m×5.2m.Theclosetogetherandhorizontalrowanoftheashwharfbeapartfrom4.5ms,account19horizontalrow.Ifseethestructurepartofanofclosetogetherandhorizontalrowmaketheunit,account18units.Anofclosetogetherandhorizontalrowisinclinedpropup,thewholewharfisconstitutebythecorpusstructureandthewharfequipmentstwoparts.Thecorpusstructurenextthebeambottomfacehighdistanceis2.0ms,thecrestfacehighdistanceis2.5M,ascendthebeambottomtofacehighdistanceis5.0M,thecrestfacehighdistanceis5.5M,highdistanceofsetofis1.5M.Thewharffront-panelwearsthethick30mmsoflayer,sprinklingtobuildwiththeNo.200(equaltoC20)concrete.

3.2Engineeringstructurepresentcondition

Accordingtothespottotheinquisitionandexaminationsoftheashwharf,thebeamofthewharfupperpartstructure(astructureof),inclinedpropupthebreakageandcracksofthedifferentfromupperpartstructureetc.havedegree,partsofpiecesofcontainaofreinforcingbar,andbecomerustytheeclipseseverity,causingtheupperpartstructureloadingabilitylower.Isawharftodependtheshippieceparticularlyatanchortheboatsandshipstobumptheshotunderdamagedseverity,partsofpieceofcompletebreakage.ThewharfUfromsteelstructureisbesubjectedtobytheshippiecetheshipsbumpstheshot,widespreadhavethecaveandconvexasymmetrytotransform,theparttransformsseriously,andbecomerustytheeclipseseverity.Figure2ispartsofplanechartsofthatwharf.

3.3Theconcretematerialstrengthexaminationcircumstance

Lineuponesetofalongshoreinthewharf,11,17,18linesofupthedifferenceselectedbyexaminationrandom10measurethearea,carryingontheconcretestrength´sreturntoplaythevaluetocarryonthecorrectiontotheconcrete,makingsurethattheconcretestrengthassessesthevalue.Respectivelyat11numberpillarrightsides,upperrights,17numberpillarrightsideses,17numbersesthattheashwharfupperpartstructurepullsintoshorethesidewith186withtotalleftsideandsetofthatfacestheshoresidebeam,18numberpillarsofthenumberpillars,carryondrillaholetotakethe.Takethediameterofas8cms,longisabovefor12cms.Adoptthetriestotrythepiecetocarryonthecarbonizationdepthtesttowardsdrillingtheconcreteof.Examinetheresultenunciation,thecarbonizationdepthoftheashwharfupperpartstructureconcretepieceliesbetweenthe2-13mms,thedetailedrecordseesthetable2.Carryonpresstoexperimenttotheconcretekind,experimenttheresulttoseethetable2.

Thecomprehensiveconsiderationdrillsaholetotaketheconcretestrengthtoexperimentthedataandreturntoplaytoexperimenttheresult,thewharf’supperpartstructureconcretestrengthgradecanassessfortheC20,satisfyingtodesigntherequestoftheNo.200concreteatfirst.

3.4Intheconcretestructurereinforcingbarcondition

Thestructureistotaltoundergomilitaryservicealready50years,seeingthesolidoftheconcretebetterfromtheconcretecarbonizationondepthoftheexamination.

Acarbonizationonofdepthofastructureofthewharfisa2-13mms,theconcreteprotectsthedesignthicknessofthelayeras25mms,explainthatcarbonizationdidn’tarrivethereinforcingbarsurface.Butbeam,pillarlastmanyplaceshaveaofreinforcingbar,andhavealreadytakeplacetobecomerustytheeclipsephenomenon,causingenduringsexexpirationoftheconcretestructureeasily.Suggesttobrushtheclose-grainedcementsandsyrupintheconcreteoutwardappearancefacepowder,beforereinforcecarryoninfusingthesyrupprocessingtothecrack.
