1、命题原则

　　突出语篇、强调应用、注重实际、体现能力

2、备考考点

由于单项选择题的题数减少到10个小题，所以考查的重点主要在于重要的语法点，【以往常考的冠词、名词、形容词、副词、动词及动词短语将退出历史的舞台，有可能出现在短文改错（主要是冠词、名词、形容词、副词）和完形填空中（主要是动词及动词短语），】基本上是动词的时态和语态，非谓语动词，情态动词和虚拟语气，从句（即定语从句、状语从句和名词性从句）为主打考点，再加上特殊句式结构（含强调句型、省略与倒装、独立主格结构、主谓一致等）和交际用语。

下面就单项填空的考查重点进行小结：

　①动词时态和语态、、非谓语动词、情态动词、从句、情景交际是重点。

　②代词、句型和惯用法是考查的新趋势。

　③特殊句式（主谓一致、倒装、强调和疑问句等）是重难点（考查基本），但分值不大。

　④连接副词、关联词等考量不大。
