范围
ThisprocedureappliestoelectricalengineeringinstallationofsubstationanddistributiondevicesoftheelectricalengineeringfortheHDPE+PPPlantontheCSPCNanhaiPetrochemicalsProject,inChina.
本程序文件适用于南海石化项目HDPE+PP装置电气工程变电站和配电装置工程安装。

3.0TestAndStorageOfElectricalEquipmentAndMaterials:
设备和材料的检验和存放
3.1AllmaterialsreceivedatsiteshallbehandledinaccordancewiththespecificationrequirementofNH-HDPE+PP-PR-112PROCEDUREFORLOADINGUNLOADINGPUTTINGOUTMATERIAL.
3.2现场接收的材料管理应按NH-HDPE+PP-PR-112材料装卸及发放程序处置。
3.3Theequipmentandmaterialsdeliveredtositeshallhavethefactorycertificatesandnecessarymanufacturer’stechnicaldocuments.Theyshallbeexaminedtomakesuretheyareasperthepurchaseorder'srequirements.Performvisualinspectiontodefectanydefectssuchasdamage,corrosionordeformation.
3.4送交现场的设备均应有出厂合格证和必要的厂家技术文件，检查是否符合订购要求，外观检查是否有损坏、锈蚀、变形等缺陷。
3.5Recordandchecknameplatedata.Checkthecomponentsofswitchgearsandpanelsandtheaccessoriestoensuretheyarecompleteandincompliancewiththespecificationsoftheorders.
3.6记录并检查铭牌，检查开关柜元件和附件是否齐全，并应符合定单要求。
3.7Theinstrumentsandapparatusofallthepanelsshallbefreefrommechanicaldamage,scratchesandotherfaults.
表盘的仪表、仪器等应无机械损伤，刮痕和其它缺陷。
3.8Theequipmentandmaterialsshallbeproperlystoredindryandcleanplacetoavoiddust,moistureandcorrosion.
设备材料应妥善存放在干燥干净的地方，以防灰、防潮、防腐。
4.0InstallationofSwitchgear:
开关柜安装
4.1Switchgearshallbeinstalledonabovesteelframe.
开关柜应安装在钢架上
4.1.1Theswitchgearshallbeproperlyinstalledandboltedtolocationinswitchgearroominaccordancewithswitchgearinstallationlayout.
按开关柜安装布置图将开关柜安装在开关室内合适的位置，并用螺栓固定。
4.1.2Whileinstallingsteelframefoundation,thehorizontality,perpendicularityandparallelismbetweentwopiecesofshapesteelshallbewithinthescopeofthedrawingspecified.
基础型钢在安装时，其水平度，垂直度和两型钢间的平行度均应在图纸规定范围内。
4.1.3Thesteelframefoundationshallbeearthedreliablyasperthedrawing’srequirement.
基础型钢必须按图纸要求可靠接地。
4.2Theinstallationofswitchgear:
开关柜安装
4.2.1Beforetheinstallationofswitchgear,checktheequipmentbyopeningpackageagainsttheconstructiondetailsandprogressstatuswiththeQCpersonnelwritearecordbasedontheresultofinspection.
开关柜在安装前按施工图及进度情况会同QC部人员进行开箱检查，并填写有关记录。
4.2.2Theswitchgearshallbefixedtothesteelframebyboltsafteritsalignment.Checkforalignment,levelnessandtightnessoffoundationbolts.
开关柜找正后用螺栓固定在基础型钢上，检查基础螺栓的对中、垂直度、水平度及紧固度。
4.2.3Switchgearshallbegroundedreliablyinaccordancewithconstructiondetails.Inspectionequipmentearthingsystemandmeasurethegroundingresistance.
开关柜应按施工图要求做好可靠接地，同时检查接地系统和测量接地电阻。
4.2.4Afterinstallation,checkthemechanicalinterlockandelectricalinterlocktoensuretheyareexactandcheckthecontactstoseeiftheyaretight.
安装后，检查开关柜的机械联锁、电气联锁是否准确，接触是否紧密。
4.2.5Checkbreakerswithtrackanddistributionunitswithdrawertocheckthealignmentofdrawoutmechanismandseeiftheyaremovablefree,unitsofsametypecanbeinterchangeable.
检查带轨道断路器和抽屉式配电单元，检查拉出机构是否应灵活，相同型号的单元是否能互换。
4.2.6Panelbodyandinteriordevicesshallbeconnectedfirmlywithallstructuralmembers,checkthefuses,CT&PT,indicatorsandrelaytoensuretheyareallincompliancewithdesignrequirements.
柜体及柜内设备与各结构构件连接应牢固，检查柜内熔断器、互感器、仪表用变压器、指示器和继电器应符合设计要求。
5.0TheInstallationOfElectricalSwitchsOfHighAndLowVoltage:
高低压电气开关安装
5.1Ifbreakersandswitchgearsarepackedinseparatecases,checkthebreakersandcontrollingmechanismwhenreceivedtoensurethepartsarecomplete,freefrommechanicaldamageorcorrosion,andinsulationpartsshallnotbefounddeformationordamped.
若断路器与开关柜分箱包装，到现场后应检查断路器及操动机构零部件齐全，无锈蚀或机械损伤，绝缘部件不应变形和受潮。
5.2Theconnectionpartsattheendofinsulationbraceshallbestableandfirm.Theporcelain-busingsurfaceshallbesmooth,freefromcracksordamages.
绝缘拉杆端部连接部件应牢固可靠，瓷套表面应光滑无裂纹、缺损.
5.3Theactionofbreakercombinedwithcontrollingmechanismshallbecorrectandexact,freefromblockade.Theindicationsforswitch-onandswitch-offshallbecorrect.Theactionofauxiliaryswitchshallbecorrectandreliable.
断路器和操动机构的联合动作，应正确可靠，无卡阻现象，分、合闸指示正确，辅助开关动作正确可靠。
6.0TheInstallationOfTransformer:
变压器安装
6.1Inspectionpriortoinstallation
安装前的检查
6.1.1MakearrangementofconstructorsandQCpersonneltoinspectthefoundationforacceptancepriortoinspection.
安装前应会同土建专业有关人员和QC人员对变压器基础验收合格。
6.1.2Checktheoiltankoftransformerandallaccessoriestoensuretheyarecomplete,freefromrustcorrosionandmechanicalmanagesscalingisperfect.Theboltsforconnectingthelidofoiltankarecomplete,tightenedperfectly,freefromleakage.
检查变压器的油箱及所有的附件应齐全，无锈蚀及机械损伤，密封应良好，油箱盖连接螺栓应齐全，紧固良好、无渗漏。
6.1.3Theoilleveliscorrectandporcelainfreefrommechanicaldamage.
油位正常，瓷件无损伤。
6.1.4Nitrogenpressuremonitorandgassupplementaryunitshallbeavailableforthetransformer,whichisfilledwithnitrogenforprotectionifsuchatransformerisbought.
采用充氮保护运输的变压器，应有氮气压力监视和气体补充装置。
6.1.5Bothaccessoriesandtechnicaldatashallbecomplete.Thenameplateshallbeavailableforeveryequipmentandthedataonthenameplatesshallconformtothosespecifiedintheengineeringdocument.
附件及技术资料齐全，设备有铭牌，铭牌数据与设计文件一致。
6.2Theinstallationofmainbodyoftransformer
变压器主体安装
6.2.1Itshouldbeinstalledhorizontally.Theguidespaceshallmatchwithwheelspace.Thebushingcenteroftransformershallbealignedwiththecenterofsealedbus.
应水平安装，轨距与轮距应配合，变压器的套管中心应与封闭母线的中心对准。
6.2.2Theinstallingpositionshallconformtothedetailofconstruction.Thetransformershallbeperpendiculartothebodyofwall.
安装位置应与施工图相符，变压器应与墙体垂直。
6.2.3Theinstallingheightoftransformershallmatchwiththesealedbus.
变压器的安装高度要与封闭母线配合。
6.2.4Thetransformerwithagasrelayshallhavethelidtoget1-1.5%risingslopealongthegascurrentdirectionofgasrelay,oritslevelshouldbeaccordingtomanufacture’srequirement..
装有气体继电器的变压器，应使其顶盖沿气体继电器气流方向有1－1.5%的升高坡度或水平度符合厂家要求。
6.2.5Whenthetransformerispositionedatrightplace,itshallbefixedasaccordancewithdesign’srequirement...
变压器就位后，按设计要求固定。
6.2.6Takeofftemporaryplatefixedthepressurereliefdevices。
拆除压力释放阀的临时固定铁片。
6.3Accessoryinstallation
附件安装
6.3.1Theaccessoriesdirectlyconnectedwithoiltankshallkeepcleanly,installedfirmly,andtheconnectionssealedtightly,freefromleakage.
与油箱直接连通的附件要清洁干净，安装牢固，连接严密，无渗油现象。
6.3.2Removecoverplateonvalveofthetransformerandinstallradiatoronebyone.
拆除变压器阀的盖板，将散热器逐个安装。
6.3.3Thethermometerandgasrelayshallbecalibratedpriortoinstallation,theoperationofsignalcontactshouldbecorrect,anditisadjustedinaccordancewithmanufacture’srequirement.
温度计和气体继电器安装前应进行校验，信号接点动作正确，并按厂家要求整定。
6.3.4Theindicationofoillevelgaugecanreflectthetrueoillevelofoiltank.Thesignalcontactofoillevelgageiscorrectlypositioned。
油位表的动作应灵活，油位表与油标管的指示与储油柜的真实油位相符。
油位表的信号接点位置正确。
6.3.5Silicagelinbreatherssatisfactory。
呼吸器里的硅胶正常。
6.4Addingoil
6.4.1Insulationlevelofnewaddingtransformeroilshallbemeasureduporexchangeapurchaseuntilitiseligiblebeforeaddingoil.
新添的变压器油的绝缘强度必须合格，否则退换，直至合格。
6.4.2Manualgreaserusedforaddingtransformeroilshouldbecleanupcleanlilywitheligibletransformeroilbeforeusingit.
添变压器油使用的手动加油器必须经合格的变压器油清洗干净。
6.4.3Itwillbesunshinethattwodaysbeforeaddingtransformeroilandthedaywhentransformeroilisaddedintotransformer
注油当天及前两天宜为晴天。
