AT&TGlobalMessagingServices-businessfaxfeatureisprovidedpursuanttothisServiceGuide,and1）theInternationalServiceProviderAgreement;or2）anyequivalentagreementsignedbybothofus.AT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfaxserviceshasbeenwithdrawnfrommarketing.

AT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfaxprovidesthecapabilityforcustomers,whoareattachedtotheAT&Tnetworkviaselectedleasedlineconnections,toforwardavarietyofdifferentfiletypestogroup3andotherselectedfaxsystems.AT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfaxisprovidedintheUnitedStatesandPuertoRico.

2.BUSINESSFAX-Description

2.1BusinessFaxApplicationSetup

EachCustomerbusinessfaxapplicationmustbedefinedtoAT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfax.Definitionandsetupincludesdistributionlistsetup,initiallogosetup,faxformandmergesetupandinitialtestingwithgroup3faxformat

2.2BusinessFaxMessages

AT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfaxprovidesthecapabilitytosendasinglefaxtooneormultipledestinations.AT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfaxAT&TGlobalMessagingServicesprovidesforfaxingdatathatistotallyformattedbytheuser.Asecondoptionallowsforutilizingpreformattedformsandfillinginformsusingdatasentbytheuser.TheServiceallowsforthestorageofforms,theacceptanceofvariabledatatofillintheform,andthefaxtransmissionoftheresultingfilledinform.Chargeswillbeincurredforeachfaxdestination.

2.3BusinessFaxLogo

CustomersmayregisterafaxlogoforfaxesthatCustomersendsusingAT&TGlobalMessagingServices,businessfax.Customermayelecttohavethefaxlogoappearonthefirstpageoroneachpageofthefax.CustomeragreestodefendAT&TagainstanyclaimthatCustomerlogoinfringesapatent,copyrightorotherintellectualpropertyrightandpayallcosts,damages,andattorneyschargesthatacourtfinallyawards.

2.4Customerresponsibilities

EachcustomeraccountregisteringtouseAT&TGlobalMessagingServices,mustdesignateaserviceadministratorwhoisresponsiblefor:

Ÿprovidinganinterfacetothesupportstructure;

Ÿmaintainingcustomersitehardware,softwareandcommunications;

ŸorderingconnectivitytotheAT&Tnetworkandestablishingandmaintainingthenecessarytelecommunicationsenvironment;

Ÿregisteringendpoints,asapplicable;

Ÿregisteringusers,asapplicable,tousetheservice;

Ÿinstallationandmaintenanceofanyconnectionscriptsthatmayberequired;

Ÿpasswordmaintenance;

Ÿendusereducation;and

Ÿproblemresolutionwithinthecustomerenvironment.

3.ServiceAvailability

ThisServiceisgenerallyavailabledaily,sevendaysaweek,exceptformaintenance.AT&Treservestherighttoperformmaintenanceatanytimeinordertomaintainthenetwork.

4.StartDate/CancellationDate

TheStartDatewhenbusinessfaxwillbemadeavailabletotheCustomerwillbeagreeduponafterreceiptofCustomer’sorderletter.CustomermusthavepreviouslyexecutedoneofthereferencedAgreement（s）priortoAT&T'sreceiptofanorderletter.OrdersmayalsobecommunicatedtoAT&Tbye-mailorfax.InstallationisdefinedascompleteoncethedefinitionshavebeenmadebyAT&TandtheinformationhasbeencommunicatedtotheCustomer.

SECTIONII

5.AT&TGlobalMessagingServices-businessfax,Charges（withdrawnfrommarketing）

TheCustomer’suseofAT&TGlobalMessagingServices-businessfax,willincuroneormoreofthefollowingtypesofcharges:

▪nonrecurringbusinessfaxapplicationsetupcharge,seetable1;

▪monthlyrecurringbusinessfaxmessagecharge,seetable2;and

▪nonrecurringbusinessfaxlogocharge,seetable3.

Thesechargesareinadditiontochargesincurredforanyleasedlineand/ordialconnections.

5.1BusinessFaxApplicationSetupCharges

Thereisaone-timesetupchargeforeachapplicationconnectiondefinitiontotheAT&TGlobalMessagingServicesbusinessfaxfeature.Thischargecoversdistributionlistsetupandupdates,initiallogosetup,faxformandmergesetupandinitialtestingofyourdatawithgroup3faxformat.ThechargeforsettingupeachapplicationissetforthinTable1.

5.2BusinessFaxMessagesCharges

WhensendingafaxusingAT&TGlobalMessagingServicesbusinessfaxfeature,userswillincurchargesbaseduponthedestinationarea（ChargeBand）ofthefaxandthenumberofminutestosendthefax,roundeduptothenextminute.AllAT&TGlobalMessagingServicesbusinessfaxfeaturechargesareinvoicedtothesenderofafaxitem.ThechargesforsendingfaxmessagesaresetforthinTable2.

5.3BusinessFaxLogoCharges

Thefirstregisteredfaxlogoperactivityaccountisprovidedatnoadditionalcharge.Foreachsubsequentfaxlogoperactivityaccountortochangeanexistingfaxlogo,wewillchargeyoualogoregistrationcharge.ThechargeforregisteringthesecondandsubsequentlogosissetforthinTable3.

6.Discounts

CustomermaybeeligibleforanAT&TGlobalNetworkServicesearnedallowanceand/oravolumecommitmentdiscount.ShouldtheCustomerbeeligibleforvolumecommitmentdiscounts,theCustomermayreceivethembysigningtheapplicableSupplementforCustomSolution.TheearnedallowancedoesnotrequireCustomertosignanyadditionalSupplementforCustomSolution.ChargesarespecifiedaseithereligibleornoteligibleforAT&TGlobalNetworkServices'earnedallowanceand/orvolumecommitmentdiscountsinthechargetable（s）below.Chargesthatareeligibleforanearnedallowanceand/orvolumecommitmentdiscountwillbespecifiedas'Yes"intheapplicablecolumn（s）ineachtable.

AccountSupportServicesprovidesupportfunctionsforselectedAT&TGlobalNetworkServices.AccountSupportServicesareprovidedintheUnitedStatesandPuertoRico.ReferencestoinvoicingandbillingactivityarelimitedtoAT&TGlobalNetworkServices,suchreferencesdonotapplytoanyotherAT&Tservices.

2.ACCOUNTSUPPORTSERVICES-DESCRIPTION

Activityaccount

AnactivityaccountisanalphanumericidentificationusedtoidentifyaCustomerfortheplacementofordersandfortheuseofAT&TGlobalNetworkServices.Customersmayrequestmorethanoneactivityaccount.

Invoiceaccount

AninvoiceaccountisanalphanumericidentificationusedtocontrolCustomerinvoicing.GenerallythereisoneCustomerinvoiceaccountforeachCustomeractivityaccount;inwhichcasetheactivityaccountandinvoiceaccounthavethesamealphanumericidentification.

Roll-upaccount

Uponrequestandsubjecttoavailableresources,AT&TwillconsolidateCustomermonthlyinvoicesfortheactivityaccountsCustomerspecifiesintoasinglemonthlyinvoiceunderoneinvoiceaccount.

Foreachinvoiceaccount,AT&Twill:

1.sendoneinvoicecontainingthetotalchargesandtotalapplicableallowancesforthespecifiedactivityaccounts;and
