Canteenisaplacewherecollegestudentseatingthreemealsaday.Itmostrelatedtothestudy,dailylifeandthehealthofthecollegestudents.Canteenisoneoftheschool'shardwarefacilities,butalsoanimportantpartofschoolmanagement.

Inordertobetterunderstandtheschoolcafeteriasituationandtostrengthenthemanagementofthecanteen,wedidasurveyoftheschoolcafeteria,tounderstandthestatusofmyschoolcafeteriacomprehensively,tofurtherimprovethequalityoftheworkingconditionoftheschoolcanteen,tocreateaharmoniousdiningenvironmentandtoimprovethelivingconditionsforeveryone,sothatstudentscangetbetterfoodserviceintheirschoollife.

First,wearegoingtouseQualitativeresearchtoolofgroupdiscussiontodiscussthesatisfactionofschoolcanteens.Teammemberswillexpresstheirideasabouttheschoolcanteensfreelyfromtheperspectiveofsatisfactionanddissatisfaction,Sothatwecanfulfilltheplanoftheinvestigationofthesatisfactionofourschoolcanteens.

Second,wearegoingtocollectthesecondarydataaboutthesatisfactionofourschoolcanteens.

Last,wewillchoosethecorrespondingquestionnairesasaquantitativeresearchtooltofurtherourresearch.

Throughrandomsamplingmethod,wechosethefreshman,sophomoreandjuniorstudentsofTianjinUniversityofTechnologytodevelopourresearch.

Wewillanalyzethedatawhichcollectedbycomputertodoourresearch.Wecollected72copiesofourquestionnaireandthereare67validcopies.

Inordertoknowwherestudentseatandhowtheychoosetheplacetoeat,wetaketwoelementsintoconsideration.Oneisthesatisfactionofthedinnerroom;theotheristhelocationofthedinnerroom.Fromouranalysis,wearetoldthat76.67%ofstudentsthinkthatlocationofthecanteenwilldecidewheretheyeatincanteenone.Theleftdonotcareaboutthelocationwhentheydodecision.Incanteentwo,91.89%ofstudentscareaboutthelocationand8.11%ofstudentsdon’tthinkitmatters.So,wecanknowformthestatisticthatthelocationofthecanteenisoneofthemajorelementsthatwillaffectthestudentswhentheychoosewheretoeat.

Tomakeaconclusion,acanteenwithlotsofstudentseatingtheremaynotmeanthatithashighsatisfactionfromstudents,butthecanteenopensintherightplace,whichwillhelpstudentstosavetimeandenergytogetthere.Therefore,thecanteenwithagoodlocationshouldtrytheirbesttoimprovetheservice,qualityandquantityoftheirfood,theyrespondformorepeoples’healthandhabitofeating.
