3、e students eating three meals a day. It most related to the study, daily life and the health of the college students. Canteen is one of the schools hardware facilities, but also an important part of school management.In order to better understand the school cafeteria situation and to strengthen the
4、management of the canteen, we did a survey of the school cafeteria, to understand the status of my school cafeteria comprehensively, to further improve the quality of the working condition of the school canteen, to create a harmonious dining environment and to improve the living conditions for every

To improve the problem we found and create a harmonious dining environment1.2 Research design1.2.1 Qualitative research and quantitative researchFirst, we are going to use Qualitative research tool of group discussion to discuss the satis
7、faction of school canteens. Team members will express their ideas about the school canteens freely from the perspective of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, So that we can fulfill the plan of the investigation of the satisfaction of our school canteens.Second, we are going to collect the secondary d
8、ata about the satisfaction of our school canteens.Last, we will choose the corresponding questionnaires as a quantitative research tool to further our research.1.2.2 Sample design Through random sampling method, we chose the freshman, sophomore and junior students of Tianjin University of Technology
9、 to develop our research.1.2.3 Data gatheringWe will analyze the data which collected by computer to do our research. We collected 72 copies of our questionnaire and there are 67 valid copies.1.3 Data processing and analysisStandard editing and coding procedures will be utilized. Simple tabulation a

One is the satisfacti
11、on of the dinner room; the other is the location of the dinner room. From our analysis, we are told that 76.67% of students think that location of the canteen will decide where they eat in canteen one. The left do not care about the location when they do decision. In canteen two, 91.89% of students
12、care about the location and 8.11% of students dont think it matters. So, we can know form the statistic that the location of the canteen is one of the major elements that will affect the students when they choose where to eat.To make a conclusion, a canteen with lots of students eating there may not
13、 mean that it has high satisfaction from students, but the canteen opens in the right place, which will help students to save time and energy to get there. Therefore, the canteen with a good location should try their best to improve the service, quality and quantity of their food, they respond for m

Canteen one is 9.28% higher than canteen two. The left, when asked for how to change the business hour of the canteen, 63.64% of the students think that it should not set the limitation of the business hour of the canteen in canteen one, and 58.2% in canteen two.
