I.contentsofpsychologicalcounselingformiddleschoolstudents

Theobjectofmiddleschoolstudentspsychologicalcounselingisthenormalschoolstudents,usuallybyprovidinginformation,changetheenvironment,promotethestudents'self-educationandself-improvement,tooptimizethepsychologicalqualityofstudents.Thepurposeofpsychologicalcounseling,includinglearningcounseling,emotionalandinterpersonalrelationshipcounselingandoccupationselectioncounseling.

(I)learningguidance

Thefactorsinfluencingthestudents'learningbothexternalteacherssocialethos,schoolmanagement,teachinglevel,familyeducationandotherfactors,therearealsostudents'ownfactors,butmoreimportantisthestudents'intelligencelevel,learningmotivation,learninginterest,attitude,belief,learningmethodsandhabitsoftheroleofinternalfactors.Psychologicalcounselingtohelpstudentsimprovelearningmotivation,establishcorrectlearningattitudesandbeliefs,scientificgraspofcognitivestrategiesandimprovecognitivelevel,formgoodlearninghabits,toteachstudentshowtolearn.

1.enhancelearningmotivation

Motivationistheinternalmotivationoflearningactivities,itcanstimulatestudents'learningbehavior;learningbehaviortoguidestudentstoacertaingoal;maintainandstrengthen(orweaken)learningbehavior,achievethegoalsoflearning.Students'learningmotivationmainlybyachievementmotivation,communicationmotivationandcuriosityformed.Therefore,reinforcementlearningmotivationmeanssettingappropriatelevelofaspiration,givefullplaytotheirability,toestablishagoodinterpersonalenvironment.Inadditiontousingthetraditionalwayofteacherfeedbackinlearningtoimprovestudents'learningmotivation,weshouldpaymoreattentiontoadjusttheirexpectationsforstudents,encouragestudentstosuccess,sothatstudentscanexperienceasenseofachievement.Selfmotivation.

1.emotionalcounseling

Emotionistheobjectivethingsforpeopletomeettheirownneedsandthecorrespondingattitudeexperience.Accordingtotheinfluenceonpeople'sfeelings,emotionscanbedividedintopositiveemotionsandnegativeemotions.Twokindsofpositiveemotionsisconducivetophysicalandmentalhealthofmiddleschoolstudents.Intheemotionalcharacteristicsofimpulsive,unstableandextremeetc.,tohisbadmoodlackofprofoundunderstanding.Therefore,teachersinteaching,toletstudentsunderstandthemoodandperformanceontheeffectsofphysicalandmentalhealth;then,studentsarerequiredtounderstandtheemotionalcharacteristicsoftheirown;theposttoletstudentslearntoregulatetheiremotions.Teachersshouldencouragestudentstocultivatepositivemood:
