1abstract

Atpresent,theundergroundrailtransportmonitoringsystemsadoptedbythemajorcoalminingenterpriseshavedefects,basedonthis,theundergroundrailtransportmonitoringsystemisputforward.

Thearticlefirstgivesanexplanationofthebasictheoryofminerailtransportationandexternaldevices,andthendescribestheprocessofhistoricaldevelopment,compositionandfunctionofthemonitoringsystemofminerailtransportation.ThesystemisanetworksystemmadeofPC,PLC,Ethernetswitchesswitchmachines,signalsandavarietyofsensorsviaRS-232/RS-485.ThearticlehighlightsthePLChardwareandsoftwaredesignandconfigurationdesign.

ThissystembothhastheadvantagesofthePLCintherailtransportationsystemandoutstandingfeaturesofEthernetinlong-distancetransmission,ithasstablefeatures,reliabledatatransmission,low-costequipment,flexiblesystemexpansion,andcanbeappliedtoavarietyoflarge,mediumandsmallcoalminesrailtransportmonitoring.

2Basicknowledgeoftherailtransport

Voyage,route,intervalisafundamentalpartofthemonitoringsystem.thisthreeelementsformamonitoringsystem.

Trainingtoperformatransporttask,travelingfromthestartingtotheendofthejourneyiscalledaflight.Flightisdeterminedbythetransportationtask.Thenumberofthevoyageisthesamewiththenumberoftransportationtasks.Thevoyageisthecompositionofthemoni
