“Noneofthissayssleepkillspeople,”saidDanielBuysse,apsychiatristattheUniversityofPittsburghMedicalCenter.

“Youshouldsleepasmuchasyouneedtofeelawake,alertandattentivethenextday,”Buysseadded.“I’mmuchmoreconcernedaboutpeopleshort-changingthemselvesonsleepthanpeoplesleepingtoolong.”
