BasedontherequirementsoutlinedbyCLIENT,the（HotelName）hasreservedthefunctionspacesetforthontheScheduleofEventsattachedtothisagreement.AllfunctionandmeetingspaceisassignedbytheHotelaccordingtothenumberofpersonsguaranteedtoattendthefunctions.Theroom（s）designatedforyourevent（s）carriesaminimumandamaximumattendancenumber,Ifyourfinalguaranteednumberislowerorhigherthanthesenumbers,theHotelreservestherighttotransferyourpartytoanotherfunctionroomand/orchargearental（oranadditionalrental）tothecustomerbasedontheestablishedHotelrentalrates.IntheeventtheHotelagreestochangethemenuwithinsuchperiod,theincreasedcosts,feesandtaxesarechargeabletothecustomer.

IfmeetingspecificationsandfoodandbeverageinformationarenotforwardedtotheHotelnotedbelow,the（HotelName）hastherighttoreviseorresellprotectedfunctionspacetoaccommodateanyotherperspectivefunctions.

Thehotelwillnotassumeanyresponsibilityfordamagestoorlossofanymerchandiseorarticlesleftinthehotelduringorfollowingcustomer’sfunction.TheHotelcanarrangeforadditionalsecurityforyourgrouporeventmaterialsuponrequest.Tomakearrangementsforsecurityguard,pleaserefertoyourEventsManager.

Storage

●TheHotelhaslimitedcapacitytostorematerialsandthereforerequeststhatmaterialsarenotdeliveredpriortothefirstarrivaldateofagroup.WhenshippingmaterialstotheHotel,theClientistoindicatethecompletenameofitsorganizationandthedateoftheevent.AllmaterialsshouldbedirectedtotheattentionoftheEventsDepartment.ItisuptotheClienttoensurethatallmaterialsshippedtothehotelhavebeenclearedthroughcustomswithallpertainingdocumentscompleted.

●Materialsbeingshippedoutofthehotelattheendoftheeventshouldbeshippedonthegroup’sdeparturedate.TheHotel’sEventsDepartmentmustbeadvisedinadvanceifassistanceisneededforshippingmaterialsoutoftheHotel.

TechnicalEquipment

TechnicalequipmentcanbearrangedbytheClient.However,allassociatedchargesmustbepaidbytheClient.Shouldyourcompanyprefertoarrangeanalternate/ownvendor,theHotelwillrequirethecompanynameandcontractdetailsinordertoco-ordinateallarrangements.

NumberofParticipants

●Notlaterthanthree（3）workingdaysbeforetheactualfunction,theClientshalladvisethefinalnumberofparticipantstotheHotel.Thefinalguestcount（oractualguestcountifhigher）willbeusedforbillingpurposesregardlessofanyfurtherreductioninnumbers.Failuretoadvisefinalnumberswillresultinthehotelimposingthefullchargefortheoriginalestimatednumberofguestsortheactualnumberofguests–whicheverishigher.

Ifthenumberofparticipantsistobeincreasedbymorethan5%,therevisedtotalnumbermustbediscussedandagreedwiththeHotelminimum3workingdaysprior.Dependingupontherevisednumber,theHotelreservestherighttochangetheroomsreserved,asitdeemsnecessarywithoutanyliability.

FinalnumbersforalleventsmustbegiventotheHotelnolaterthan72hourspriortotheevent.

●Inthecaseoffunctions,whichhaveafinishingtimebeyondtheagreedtime,theHotelreservestherighttochargeanadditionalperhourorpartthereoffees.

Cancellation

Cancellationfeeswillbeimposedforroomrentalandfoodandbeverageservicesbasedonthefollowingperiodofnoticeaffordedtothehotel.

Ifthehotelatitssoleowndiscretion,hasreasonstobelievethatafunctionmayendangerthesmoothrunningifitsbusinessoperation,itssecurity,thesecurityofitsguests,orthegoodnameoftheHotel,theHotelhastherighttocancelsuchfunctionwithoutanyliabilitywhatsoever.

AllratesquotedareinChineseCurrency（CNY）.

Damage

Clientshallbeliableforanylossordamagecausedbyitsemployees,otherhelpers,contractors,representativesorguests.ItshallbetheresponsibilityoftheClienttotakeoutappropriateinsurancecover,shouldhe/shewishestoprotecthim/herselfforanylosses.

TheHotelshallbeentitledtodemandproofthatsuchinsurancehasbeensecuredandthatthehotelshallbenamedascoinsuredinthesaidpolicy.Anyexhibitsordisplaymaterialsordecorativeitemsrequiringsuchtobeattachedtothewalls,ceilingandotherfixturesoftheHotelshallbesubjecttothepriorapprovaloftheHotel.Thehotelhastherighttorefusethedisplayofanyofthematerialsifinthesoleopinionofitself,thedisplayofsuchmaterialwillresulttodamageorwillendangerthesafetyorwellbeingoftheHotel’sproperty.Furthermore,Clientshallensurethatallsuchmaterialsconformtofireprotectionregulations.TheHotelshallbeentitledtodemandproofasitdeemsnecessary.

TheHotelshallnotbeheldliableforanylossofordamageincludingdestructionofClient’sproperty,deathorinquiryofitsguests,employeesbroughttotheHotel,unlessprovenotherwisethattheHotelwasnegligentandsuchlossordamagewastheresultoftheHotel’snegligence.

IftechnicalorotherequipmentprovidedbytheHotelshouldbedefectiveorfailtofunction,theHotelshallremedysuchfaultassoonaspossibleafterhavingbeenadvisedbytheClient.

MailandConsignmentsofGoods–theHotelacceptsmessages,mailandgoodsdestinedfortheguestsofClientfordeliveryorsafekeepingbuttakesnoresponsibilityanddoessowithoutanyliabilityincaseofdamageorlossbyforcemajor.Shouldthesafekeeping,includingshipment,requiretheHoteltoincurcost,suchcostshallbetheresponsibilityoftheClient.TheHotelshallonlyincursuchexpenseswiththepriorconsentoftheClient.TheHotelshallbefreeofanyliabilityfromdamageorlosscausedinthedelayofhavingtheadditionalcostpaidbytheClientinhibitingtheperformanceoftherequiredservices.TheHotelshallnotbeliableforanydamage,lossofequipment（suchasvideorecorders,monitors,cameras,EDPandmajorelectronicequipment）broughtbyClientoritsguestswhileattendingthebanquetfunctionorasaguest.Thesameshallapplytogoodsbroughtinconnectionwithsalesandproductsexhibitionsandpresentations.

TheHotelshallnotberesponsibleforitemsleftbyguestsorifguestunattendedinthefunctionroom,etc.

GoodSuppliedByThirdParty

InsofarasthehotelobtainstechnicalandotherequipmentfromthirdpartiesasagreedbetweentheHotelandtheClient,theHotelshallactinthenameandfortheaccountoftheClient,whoshallberesponsibleforthecareofthegoodsandshallreturnthemproperlyingoodorderasoriginallyprovidedbytheHotel.ClientshallindemnifytheHotelfromanyclaimbythirdparties.

FoodandDrinks

ClientisnotallowedtohaveanyfoodordrinksbroughttotheHotel.Inspecialcases（nationalspecialties,etc.）,anagreementinwritingistobeconcludedpriortothefunction.Insuchevents,aserviceand/orcorkagefeeshallbecharged.

IntheeventthatanyoftheClient’sguestshaveafoodallergy,theClientmustinformtheHotelofthenamesofsuchpersonsandthenatureoftheirallergies,inorderthattheHotelcantakethenecessaryprecautionswhenpreparingfooditems.TheHotelwillundertaketoprovide,onrequest,fullinformationontheingredientsofanyitemsservedtotheClientandtheirguests.

ShouldtheClientfailtoprovidethenamesoftheguestsandthenatureoftheirfoodallergies,theClientherebyindemnifiestheHotelandreleasestheHotelfromanyandallliabilityorclaimofliabilityforanypersonalinjurythatdoesnotoccurasadirectresultofthe
