本单元的话题是描述为了消防安全，必须禁止做的事情，而且可以写一写关于遇火灾如何进行自救。
本单元以消防员到学校介绍防火知识的场景为线索，学习情态动词must表达必须或禁止的事情，核心句型是Wemustbecarefulwithfire.和Wemustn’tplaywithmatches.学生还会见到一些在公共场合常见的标志

分
析
某些学生对知识回生的现象很突出，有的学生受到学习习惯和学习能力的制约，有些知识掌握较差，学生学习各题的差异性，学生的情况层次不齐，两极分化的情况明显，对英语感兴趣的孩子很喜欢英语，不喜欢英语的孩子很难学进去。
他们好奇心强，自尊心很强，好胜心强，集体荣誉感也强，有自己的评判标准和思想，对知识的学习趋于理性化，有自主学习的欲望和探索的要求。

情感态度价值观：
在“safetyfirst”的主题中体验火对于人类的好处和坏处，在日常生活中预防火灾和如何进行火灾自救等一些生活常识，提示学生防火安全。
教学方法与手段
