"ThatwaswhatthepictureonJakeSmith'sbedroomwallsaid.Jakelikedhavingapicturethatsaidsomethingimportant:

ItwasaSaturdaymorningwhenthenewspaperfirstreportedthewhales'coming.AgroupoftheanimalswereswimmingclosetothebeachinJake'shometown.Allthelocalpeoplerushedouttothebeachtoseethem.Theywereexpectingabeautifulshow,betterthanamovie.

Thenonewhaleswaminthedirection,directlytowardsland.Itcamewiththewaves(海浪),andwhenthewavesleft,itshugebodywasonthesand.Suddenly,Jakeandhisfamilyandalltheotherswerenolongersightseers.Afewpeoplerantowardstheanimal.Theypushedandtriedtoforcethewhalebackintothewater,butitwasnouse.

Ananimalrescue(救援)teamsoonarrivedinatruckwithheavyliftingmachinery,tohelpmovetheanimal.Jakeandhisfamilycouldn'tdomuchonthebeach,sotheywentbacktotheirhouseandmadesandwichesandhotteafortherescuers.Atleast,Jakethought,theycouldhelpinsomeway.
