（2）考试模拟题用书：
《大学英语》（其中的B部分）
方式与时间:
考试由全国高校网络教育考试委员会组织命题全国统考。
从08年3月开始实行机考闭卷考试，每场90分钟，考试满分为100分。
据教务科提供的信息，08春各专业参加2009年4月的考试。
考试模拟题下载地址：
茂名电大首页（）考务信息网考单机模拟练习系统（计算机+英语）,下载安装成功后，桌面会出现一个电脑图标；双击该图标，进入该系统
1．（若有要求）输入学号即可（模拟练习的成绩不会影响期末考成绩）。
2．选择“随机抽题”,进入“练习科目”，点击屏幕显示的下拉键，选择“大学英语”。
3．完成练习后，点击屏幕右上角“交卷”后，会出现答题情况表，点击情况表上相应的题号，屏幕右侧会出现该题题面，正确答案呈不同颜色。
4．点击屏幕右上角“返回”，可重新做题；点击“退出”，则退出该系统。
5．每个问题后有4个选项，从A、B、C、D四个选项中，用鼠标点击正确选项即可。
6．题目界面及答案选项界面右侧均有滚动条，可用鼠标拉动滚动条看文章及答案选项。
考试内容（题量较以往少，分值增加）:
选择题与复习考试用书类型基本一致；对考试用书要进行全面复习。

PartIUseofEnglish情景对话（共5小题；满分15分）
1.注意具有共性的一些规律，如“礼貌原则”、“豁达原则”、“同情原则”;时态、句型、肯定或否定的一致性等;
2.由于英汉两种语言之间存在一定的文化差异，在做题时，应按照英语的习惯来选择答语，如接电话时的答语，反意疑问句的答语，情态动词MUST的否定性答语等。
