TOCUSTOMERS

Dearuser,yournameisrecordedinourcompany’suserfile.Followingtheprecautionsdescribedinthismanualwillenableyoutousethisenginewithcompetesatisfaction.Failuretoobserveanyoftherulesandprecautions,however,mayresultinascalding,injury,fireorenginedamageandmaketheguaranteeprovidedwithenginebecomeinvalid.Readthismanualcarefullyandbesureyoufullyunderstanditbeforebeginningoperation.

1.Dieselengineoperation

1.1Anewenginemustbeproperlybrokenin.Forthefirst20hours,runtheengineatlowspeedandlowloads.Donotallowenginetorunathighspeedandhighloadsatse`1vereconditionduringthebreakinperiod.

1.2Afterthebreakinperiod,pleaseretightenthenutsandboltsofcylinderheadcover;adjustthevalveclearancebeforeruntheengineatnormalspeed.

1.3Dooperateandusetheengineupontothepowerandspeedmarkedonnameplate.Donotallowenginetorunatoverload,overspeedorlowloadinlongtime.

1.4.Afterstartingtheengine,runtheenginefor3-5minutesatlowspeed,zero-load,thengraduallyincreasethespeedandaddtheload.

1.5.Theworkershouldlearntheenginewellabouttheworkingprincipleandstructure,checkandmaintaintheenginesregularly.Dotroubleshoottheproblemintimeandnotallowruntheenginewithproblemormaketheengineworkwithoutworkerondutyforlongtime.

1.6.Usethedieseloilandengineoilspecifiedinthisoperationmanual.Cleanandfilterthedieseloilandengineoilbeforeuseandkeeptheoilerclean,changetheengineoilregularly.

1.7.Domaintaintheairfilterregularly,keepthespongestrainercleanandchangethefilterelementwhennecessary.

●Neverinhaletheexhaustgases;itcontainscarbonmonoxides,acolorless,odorlessandextremelydangerousgaswhichcancauseunconsciousnessordeath.

●Neveroperatetheengineindoorsorinapoorlyventilatedarea,suchastunnelorcave,etc.

Exerciseextremecarewhenoperatingtheenginenearpeopleoranimals.Keeptheexhaustpipefreeofexternalobjects.

2.5Refuelingprecautions

●Besuretostoptheenginebeforerefueling.

●Donotoverfillthefueltank

●Iffuelisspilled,wipeiiawaycarefullyandwaituntilthefuelhasdriedbeforestartingtheengineagain.

●Checkthefuelthetypespecifiedbeforefillfuel.Ifaddotherfuellikegasoline,itwillmakefireeasily.

●Makesurethatthereisnofirebeforerefuelingandkeepthedieselenginefromoilandotherinflammablematerialstoavoidfire.

●Whenchangingoil,makesurethatthefuelcapistightlysecuredtopreventfuelleakage

2.6Fireprecautions

●Neveroperatetheenginewhilesmokingornearanopenflame

●Neverusetheenginearounddrybrush,twigs,cloth-rags,orotherflammablematerials

●Keeptheengineatleast3feet（1meter）awayfrombuildingorotherstructures

●Keeptheengineawayfromflammablesandotherhazardousmaterials

2.7Protectivecover

●Alwaysplacetheprotectivecoversovertherotatingparts.Ifrotatingpartssuchasthedrivingpulley,belts,andshaftsareexposed,seriousinjuriescanbecaused.Topreventinjury,pleaseequipallrotatingpartswithprotectivecovers.

●Becareofhotparts.Themufflerandotherenginepartscanbecomeveryhotwhiletheenginerunningoraftertheenginehasbeenrun.Alwaysoperatetheengineinasafeareaandkeepchildrenawayfromrunningengines.

2.8Checkbeforeoperation

●Carefullycheckfuelpipeandfueljointsforfuelleakage.Leakedfuelcreatedadangeroussituation.

●Verifythatallthenutsandboltsoftheenginearetights.Aloosenutorboltsmaycauseseriousenginefailureandcouldleadtoseriousinjuries.

●Alwayschecktheengineoilandrefillitifnecessary.

●Checkthedieselfuelandrefillitifnecessary.Donotoverfillthefuel.

●Wearsuitableworkclothwhenoperatedieselengine.

●Accidentwillhappenforloosedapron,towelorleatherbeltmayberolledbydieselengine

2.9Surroundings

●Operatetheengineonatableorlevelsurfaceofsmallrocksandloosegravel.

●Operatetheengineonalevelsurface.Iftheengineistitled,fuelmayspillformthegastank.

★ATTENTION：

Operatingtheengineatasteepinclinemaycausetheenginetoseizeupduetoimproperlubricationevenwhentheoillevelisamaximum.

●Becarefulofthefuelspillagewhentransportingtheengine.

●Tightenthefuelcapcanclosethefuelstrainercockbeforemovingtheenginearound.

●Nevermovetheenginewhileitisinoperation.

●Iftheenginewillbetransportedoveralongdistance,drainallthefuelfromthefueltanktopreventfuelleakage.

3.Serviceguide

3.1Toserveusersbetterwithbettertechniquesupport,pleasefillintheReceiptfromBuyercarefullytosenditbacktoWinsuntokeeptheinformationofbuyersinrecord.

ReadtheoperationmanualcarefullyandkeeptheDocumentforThreeGuaranteesandpresenteffectiveinvoiceandtheDocumentforThreeGuarantees.

Thewarrantyperiodfordieselengineisoneyearor1000hoursofaccumulatedrunninghoursincetheenginepurchased.

3.2Ifyouhaveanyquestionsforoperatethedieselengine,pleasecontactyourlocaldealerorus.

（1）theremustbeatightstationaryfoundationforthedieselenginetoavoidvibrationormovementwhentheengineisrunning.

（2）Makesurethatthecenteringpositionoftheoutputshaftisproperlyaligned

（3）Verifythatthedimensionoftheholeonthebeltwheelandkeywayshaftmatchorcorrespondwitheachother.Alsomakesurethattheboltoftheengineshaftistightenedtothepropertorquespecification.

（4）Whentheengineismatchedwithotherbeltdrivenmachines,thetotaldesiredbeltdistancetraveledbythedrivenwheelmustequalthetotaldistancetraveledbythedrivenwheel.Ifthisisnotproperlycalculatedandmatched,thedesiredspeedonthedrivenwheelwillbeincorrect.Aformulausedtocalculatethenecessarydiametersofthevariouswheelsisprovidedbelow.
