　　thisdatabasesitetermsandconditionsdocument（theagreement）isalegalcontractbetweenthesubscriberorganizationorindividual（subscriber）identifiedinadatabasesiteorderform（orderForm）,anddatabasesite,inc.（databasesite）,thatgovernsyouruseofdatabasesitesonlinestyleservices（andtheapplicationsavailablethereon）availableat（site）.youracceptanceoftheorderFormconstitutesanapplicationtosubscribetothesitepursuanttothetermsofthisagreement,andbyclickingthe"iagree"button,accessingorusingthesite;youconfirmyouragreementtobeboundhereby.本数据库条款文件（以下简称本协议）是由数据库订单（以下简称订单）所确认的订阅组织或个人（以下简称用户）与数据库公司（以下简称数据库）所订立的合法协议。
