本歐洲標準現有三種正式版本（英語,法語,德語）,其它任何在CEN成員授權下翻譯成其自已語言的且通報中央秘書處的版本具有正式版本同等的效力.

ThisdocumentEN14350-1:

2004hasbeenpreparedbyTechnicalCommitteeCEN/TC252“Childuseandcarearticles”,thesecretariatofwhichisheldbyAFNOR.

本文件EN14350-1:

2004由CEN/TC252“兒童用品”技術委員會編寫,其秘書由AFNOR擔當.

ThisEuropeanStandardshallbegiventhestatusofanationalstandard,eitherbypublicationofanidenticaltextorbyendorsement,atthelatestbyFebruary2005,andconflictingnationalstandardsshallbewithdrawnatthelatestbyFebruary2005.

本標準必須最遲于2005年2月通過發表相同內容的文本或通過簽署確認而具備國家標準的相同效力.同時與上述標準相悖的所有國家標準必須最遲于2003年4月廢除.

Introduction介紹

Thisdocumentestablishesminimumsafetyrequirementsandgivesappropriatetestmethodsforchildren’sdrinkingequipment.

本文件建立了兒童飲水設備的最低安全要求及規定了適當的測試方法.

Thecompletedocumentharmonisesforthefirsttimeminimumsafetyrequirementsandtestmethodsforchildren’sdrinkingequipment.SomeoftheprovisionshavebeentakenfromotherexistingnationalandEuropeanStandardsandfortheseprovisionstheTechnicalCommitteehasreliedonpreviousvalidation.

本完善文件首次為兒童飲水設備規定了最低安全要求及測試方法.該標準中的一些條款來源于其它現有的國家標準及歐洲標準,幷且這些條款已經通過技術委員會的確認.

Itisnotpermittedtoclaimcompliancewithindividualpartsofthisdocument.Anyclaimrelatestoallpublishedparts.

任何聲明符合本標準的某一部分都是不允許的.而只有符合所有已出版的內容才能聲明符合本標準要求.

Asignificantchokinghazardcanariseifthecomponentpartsofdrinkingequipmentbecomeseparatedduringuse.Thishazardisaddressedinthisdocumentbytheinclusionofasecuritytest.However,asthefixingofsuchproductstothecontainerisuser-dependent,theriskofanaccidentcannotbecompletelyeliminated.Thisdocumentsetsoutlabellingrequirementsstatingthatparentsorcarersshouldnotleavechildrenunattendedwhilstbeingfedwithaproductcontainingafeedingteatordrinkingaccessoryandthatchildrenshouldnotbeallowedtousefeedingteatsasasoother.

假如飲水設備的零部件在使用時脫落就很容易造成窒息危險,該類危險包含在本標準的安全測試內容內.但是當這些産品是由用戶組裝使用時造成類似的危險不能完全消除.因此本文件建立了一些貼標要求說明應在父母或監護人看護下讓兒童使用奶瓶或其它飲水設備及不能將進食用奶頭用作安慰奶頭.

TheTechnicalCommitteeconsideredthepossibilityofstandardizingboththesizesoffeedingteatsandrangesofflowrates.However,itwasdecidedthatthemanycombinationsofcontainersystemsinuseprecludedthestandardizationofsizes.Itisrecommendedthatallcontainerandfeedingteatcombinationsusedarematchedcomponents.

本技術委員會考慮了將進食奶頭的尺寸及食物的流動速度標準化的可能性.但是實際所使用的與其相匹配的容器差別很大致使將奶頭尺寸標準化的可能不可能實現.建議組合使用的奶頭與容器應是相互匹配的部件.

Theprovisionofmeaningfulflowrateinformationisdifficultbecauseofseveralfactorsincludingholediameter,teatthickness,holeshape/typeoffeed,andalsohowindividualinfantssucktheteat.Accordingly,itwasdecidednottoincludeatestforflowratebuttorecommendthatmanufacturersprovideinformationonflowrateandholesizethatisappropriatetotheirparticularproduct.

將食物的流動速率進行規定也是很困難的,因爲流動速率與孔徑的大小,奶頭的厚度,孔的形狀及食物類型及嬰兒吸吮方式有關.因此本標準沒有制定流動速率的相關測試但是建議製造商提供流動速率及特定産品的孔徑的信息.

ItisrecommendedthatmanufacturersandsuppliersoperatetoENISO9001[1]standardforqualitymanagementsystems.

建議製造商及供應商按ENISO9001[1]標準操作質量管理系統.
