Obviouslyitwouldbeevenbetterfortheenvironmentifeveryonejuststoppedsmoking,butthestatisticsshowthatalthoughtherehasbeenanincreaseinanti-smokingadsandmessaging,between2000and2014,globalsalesofcigarettesincreasedby8percent,andawholelotofthosecigaretteendsareendingupas

TerraCycledoesthisbyfirstbreakingthemdownintoseparateparts.Theymixtheremainingmaterials,suchasthetobaccoandthepaper,withotherkindsofrubbish,anduseitonnon-agriculturalland,suchasgolfcourses.Thefilters（过滤嘴）arealittleharder.Torecyclethese,TerraCyclefirstmakesthemcleanandcutsthemintosmallpieces,andthencombinesthemwithotherrecycledmaterials,makingthemintoliquidforindustrialplasticproducts.
