Product-QualityChecklist

NOTE:

AllproductsexportedtotheU.S.willconformtothefollowingproductionstandards;listedbelowarebasicguidelinesthatwillbefollowed,thusensuringanacceptablelevelofquality.

注释：

所有出口到美国的产品均需符合以下产品标准，以下所罗列的是为了确保产品达到一定可接受质水平而应该遵守的基本条款。

Materials材料

●Allproductionmaterialswillbeofsoundqualityandsuitableforfurnitureconstruction

●所有产吕材料必须确保品质并且适合家具制造。

●Solidwoodwillbechemicallytreatedtoavoidthepresenceofwoodbugs

●所有实木必须经过防虫处理。

●Deadknotswillnotbepresentonanypartofsolidwood

●实木上不可有死结

●AllsolidwoodwillbeproperlykilndriedtoanEMCof8%-10%beforefinishing（partsawaitingassemblyshouldbewrappedinplasticorstoredinconditioningroomtomaintainacceptableEMClevels）;solidwoodEMCof10%-12%isacceptableafterfinishing

●所有实木材料涂装前需要烘干至含水率8%-10%（待组立的部件必须用塑料膜保护或者放置于抽湿房存放）涂装后实木的含水率接受范围为10%-12%

●Amoisturerangeof+/-2%（maximum）willbemaintainedwhenlaminatingsolidsside-by-sidetoavoidcrackingandsplitting

●两边拼接的实木含水率差异不可高于+/-2%以防止开裂。

●Allwhitewoodpartswillbeproperlysandedatthecomponentstage

●所有的白身需要在组立前砂光好

●A11whitewoodpanelswillbeproperlystackedtoavoidwarping

●所有白身板料必须存放得当以防止弯巧翘现象发生。

●Allofshelfneedtosealedbacksideinadvance

●所有的层板背面需预上色以防止弯翘。

GeneralConstruction基本品质要求

●Allproductwillbeengineeredtoensurestructurallysoundconstruction

●所有产品在开发设计上都要确保结构牢固

●Allexposedsurfaceswillbefreeof|…

●所有外露的表面均不能出现跳刀、碰伤、逆砂痕、沙穿，划伤等暇疵

●Alljoints,veneerandsolidwood,willbetightandwithoutanyvisiblegluelinesand/orexcessputtyorfiller

●所有接缝，薄片和实木结合处不得有明显胶印或溢出补土痕迹

●Alljointswillbesecuredbyglueandatleastoneothermethod（glueandscrew,glueanddowel,glueandnail,glueandclamp）withtheexceptionofhot-meltglue

●所有接缝/拼接头均要使用胶水加另外一种方式的方法因定（如：

胶+木螺丝，胶+木榫，胶+打钉，胶+组框固定）。

特殊情况：

热熔胶可单独使用

●Allpanelswillbepre-stainedtopreventvisibleunfinishedlinecausedbywoodmovements

●所有板必须预先上色以防止出现因木材收缩导致露白现象

●Allpartingrailswillhavea“veinline”,orathingroovethatconcealsthejointbetween2pieces;allveinlinesaretobeamaximumof1.5mmwide

●所有连接处需要加美工槽以掩盖连接处，美工槽宽度不可超过1.5mm

●Fingerjointsinpartingrailsareunavoidablewhenmanufacturinglongitems;shouldtheneedforfingerfaintsarise…

●当制作长横木时，指接不可避免，但所选木材须颜色相近，指接处也必须通过油漆掩盖

●所有柜类将包括至少4个硬实木三角木，最小尺3”*3”,任何高于42“的柜类至少含6个硬实木三角木。

●Casesover50”inlengthwillenquireaconcealedcenterlegwithadjustablefloorprotector

●任何长于50“的柜类需再底面加中脚（含可调脚钉）

●Allproduct（exceptforthoseitemsspecifiedasTOP）willrequireplasticfloorprotectors;caseswithdoorswillrequireadjustablefloorprotectorsatfrontcorners/feet

●除以上特殊说明外，所有产品都城需要含塑料脚垫，带门的柜类产品前面两只脚需加可调脚钉。

●Backpanelswillbeaminimumof3mmthickplywood,frontandback,andbeattachedflushorrecessedtothewallofthecasewithroundheadscrews（notflathead）every6”

●前板为厚度最低3mm夹板，每隔6“用伞头螺丝固定，背板可与边框齐平或缩退，不可用平头螺丝。

●Unlessotherwisespecified,adustproofpanelwillberequiredonalldrawercases.

●除另外说，所有带抽屉的产品必须装防尘板

●ProductcomprisedofaTOPandBASEwillincludemendingplates,shippedattachedtotheTOP.

●任何含上下柜的产品，需带连接铁片，出货时附于上柜。

●Unlessotherwisespecified,allarmoiresandwardrobeswillrequirea”guillothine”backpanelthatopenstotheright（whenviewedfromthebackofthecase）

●除另外说明，所有电视柜背面有抽拉门的抽拉方向为面向柜背面，由左至右。
