AuxiliarypowerfeedbackisscheduledatNovember6th2010.Thispowersupplyrangeisdecidedaccordingtotheauxiliarypowerfeedbackneeds.

4.Organizationandworkdivision

4.1Projectorganization

Auxiliarypowerfeedbackistobecompletedthroughthecooperationofcommissioningdepartment,erectiondepartmentandoperationcompany.

4.2Projectworkdivision

Commissioningdepartmentistakingfullcharge,responsiblefortheworkofpowerfeedbackleadwork,measurementanddatacollection.Erectiondepartmentisinchargeofthewholeprocesssupervising,measurementandfaulteliminationwork.Operationcompanyinchargeof330KV,6.6KVand400Voperationandrelevantpartsmeasuringandequipmentsuperviseandmaintenance.

Beforepowersupply,commissioningdepartmentorganizeacheckgroupincludingeachconcerningcompaniestogiveafullcheckofeachpowersupplyequipments.Specialpersonnelwillbeappointedtowatchovertheequipmentsduringthepowersupplyprocess,anyproblemhappenedshouldreporttothegeneralcommanderintime.

5.Toolsandinstruments

Insulatedgloves,insulatedshoes,universalmeter,phasesequencemeter,phaseanglemeter,2500Vmegger(theabovetoolsandinstrumentsshouldallbetestedqualified,andthequalificationcertificatewithinvalidterm),talkerandwarningboard,etc.

6.Necessaryconditionsforpowersupply

6.1Alltheconcerningprimaryandsecondaryequipmentsinpowersupplyrangeareerected,finishedcommission,checkedandacceptedqualified,readyforthepowersupplyaccordingtotheregulationsandanti-failuremeasuresreleasedbyinternationalofnationalministries.(switchyardsupervisorycontrolling,protection,surveyingandmeasuringsystemcommissioningcompleted;

startupstandbytransformercontrolling,forced-aircooling,surveying,measuringandprotectingsystemcommissioningcompleted;

auxiliarypowersupplyDCSrelevantcommissioningcompleted;

6kV,lowvoltagetransformerand400Vpowersupplysystemcommissioningcompleted;

allthecurrentandvoltagemetersincorrectoperation.)

6.2Alltherelevantprimaryandsecondaryequipmentsareclearlyandcorrectlynumberedwithcautionsign.

6.3Primaryandsecondaryequipmentsinpowersupplyrangeareinnormalinsulatingoperation.CTiscircuitwithoutshortcircuitandPTiscircuitwithoutopencircuit.

6.4Alltheequipmentsinpowersupplyrangearesurveyingandmeasuringincorrectloopandputthemintooperation.

6.5Alltheequipmentsinpowersupplyrangeputintooperationwithsettingcorrectprotectionsetpoint.

6.6Alltheworksconcerningtheprimaryandsecondaryequipmentsusedinthispowersupplyarecompleted;

theconstructionpersonnelwithdrawformthesite.

6.7Allthepowersupplyareaareclearandclean,roadsclear,withsufficientillumination,necessaryfireequipmentsareequippedaccordingtotheregulations.

6.8Communicationequipmentscompleteandsufficient,ensuringfreecommunication.Clearlyworkdivisionandunifiedcommand.

7.1.1Checkallthegroundingbladesandisolationswitchesconnectedwith330kVIbusbarareinopenposition,localcontrolpowersupplyairswitchareatopenposition.

7.1.2CheckIbusbarPTlocalterminalboxvoltagecircuithasnoshortcircuitandthrowsinsecondaryvoltageairswitch.

7.1.3Check3301circuitlocalcontrolboxACandDCmainsairswitchthrowincorrectoperationandcontrollinghandleatthedistanceposition.

7.1.4Check3301circuitbreakermonitorpanelsecondarypowersupplyairswitch,installedpressedboardandcontroloptionswitchthrowincorrect.

7.1.5Check3301circuitbreakerprotectivepaneldevicepowersupplyairswitch8Karethrowincorrect.

Set“overcurrentIsectionprotection”setpointas0.2A/0Sand“chargingprotection”setpointas0.2Atemporarily.

Put“8LP4throwinchargingprotection”and“8LP6throwinovercurrentprotection”intofunctionpressedboard.

Throwin“8LP1tripping1coil”and“8LP2tripping2coil”trippingpressedboard.

7.1.6Checkbusbarandcommonmonitorpanelsecondarypowersupplyairswitch,installedpressedboardandcontroloptionswitchthrowincorrect.

7.1.7Check2phaseIdifferentialprotectionA、Bpanelpowersupplyairswitchwerealreadythrownin.

Throwin“1LP1throwinbusbardifferentialprotection”、“1LP2throwincircuitbreakerfailureandstarttripping”functionbaffle.

Quitallthetrippingoutputbaffles.

7.1.8Connectwith1phaseoperators;

quitallthetrippingoutputbafflesof1phaseIdifferentialprotectionAandBpanel.

7.1.9KeepwatchonallIbusbargroundingblade,isolatorand3301circuitbreakeronNCS,andmakesuretheyareincorrectconditionandhavenoabnormalsignals.

7.1.10Throwin33011,33012isolatingswitchmotivepowerandcontrolpowersupply.Throwin3301circuitbreakerprotectivepaneloperationboxpowersupply.

7.1.11Close33011isolatingswitchand33012isolatingswitchonNCSinorder,checkisolatingswitchesareswitchedin.

7.1.12Close3301circuitbreakeronNCS,strikeIbusbus-bar.Monitoringandrecordingthestrikecurrentofbusbar.(InAppendix)

7.1.13Monitor330kVIbusbarAphasevoltageisnormal,andarrangemeasurerstoinspectandrecordatallthelocalmeasuringpoint.(InAppendix)

7.1.14Checkandconfirmboth1phaseand2phaserelevantIdifferentialprotectionA,Bpanelshavenodifferentialprotectionactionandhavenoobviousdifferentialcurrent.

7.1.15Afterthistime’sstrikingnormal,open3301circuitbreaker.Strikeitforthesecondtimeafter10minutes,andmaintainbusbarhaspowerforanother5minutes,andstrikeitforthethirdtimeafter10minutes,thendonotopen3301circuitbreakerafterhavingthethirdtimesstrike,thestrikingtestfortheIbusbarisover,

7.1.16Recover3301circuitbreaker“overcurrentIsectionprotect”,“chargingprotect”originsetpoint,quit“8LP4throwinchargingprotect”functionpressedboard.

7.2.3Check3302circuitlocalcontrolboxalternating-currentandDCmainsairswitchthrowincorrectoperationandcontrollinghandleatthedistanceposition.

7.2.4Check3302circuitbreakermonitorpanelsecondarypowersupplyairswitch,installedpressedboardandcontroloptionswitchthrowincorrect.

7.2.5Check3302circuitbreakerprotectivepaneldevicepowersupplyairswitch8Karethrowincorrect.

7.2.6Checkphase2IIdifferentialprotectionA、Bpanelpowersupplyairswitchwerealreadythrownin.

7.2.10Close33021isolatingswitchand33022isolatingswitchonNCSinorder,checkisolatingswitchesareswitchedin.

7.2.11Close3302circuitbreakeronNCS,strikeIbusbus-bar.Monitoringandrecordingthestrikecurrentofbusbar.
