3.Technicalrequirement
Theinstallationofcylindermoldpapermachinemustmeetthetechnicalrequirementasfollowing:
1)thereshouldbecorrectbalancedegreebetweeneachrollandeachdryer,andatthesametimethehorizontalbalancedlineshouldbeperpendiculartotheverticalplaneoflongitudinalreferencelineofpapermachine.
2)thetransversecenterofeachrollandeachdryershouldbewithintheverticalplaneofpapermachine.
3)eachrollandeachdryermustbefavorablelevelness.
4)thereshouldbeexpansionclearanceinoperationsidebetweeneachrollandeachdyer.
5)thedriveequipmentshouldconformtothetechnicalrequirement,alsotheconcentricity,balancedegree,verticalitylevelnessandthegearwheelengagementdegreeandbearingclearance.
6)alloperationandadjustmentequipmentshouldbeflexibleandcorrectandeasytooperateandadjustbytechnicians.
7)nocushioningontheadjoiningplaneundertherackandbearingbottom.
8)wheninstallingthesametyperight-sideandleft-sidepapermachinewithinthesameplant,thelongitudinalcenterlineofthetwopapermachineshouldbeparallelaccordingtothedrawing;
Andthecenterlineofcouchrollshouldbecollinear;
andthelevelofbaseplateshouldbeconsistent.
4.Theprotectionofallkindsofrollsduringconstruction
Duringconstruction,thereshouldnocollisionandscratchonthesurfaceofrolls,includingfeltroll,spreadroll,pressroll,couchroll,touchrollandsoon,atthesametimeanticorrosionofallrolls;
asfortherubberroll,notouchingwithallkindsofoilsandfatsandalsoheatpreservationneededduringwintertoavoidfrostdamageandaging.
5.Alltheinstrumentandmeasureusedduringtheinstallationofpapermachineshouldbeadjusteduniformlyaccordingtothenationalmeasurestandardsandshouldbeseriouslyadjustedwheninstallingaccordingtothenewequipmentsizedeviation.
6.Thegeneralinstallationprocedure
Beforeconstruction,thereistheparticularinstallationorganizationtodesigntheconstructionscheme,andthegeneralinstallationprocedureisasfollowing:
1)confirmthebaselineandfindoutthecenterlineofbaseplate;
2)installthebaseplateandassembletherack;
3)assemblethecylindermoldpart(highpositionbox,couchrollanddewatercomponentsandsoon);
4)assemblethepresspart(eachpressrollshouldbebalancedandtheeccentricityshouldbeconsistent);
5)assemblethedryerpart(arrangethedryersinorderandkeepthebalancebetweendryers);
6)assemblethecalendermachine;
7)assemblethesizingmachine(onlyforwhohasthesizingmachine);
8)assemblethereelingpart;
9)assemblethedrivepart(includinggearbox,speedreducer,coupling,cardanshaftandmotors).
7.Comprehensivetrailrunningandacceptancecheck
Afteralltheaboveiscompleted,thecomprehensivetrailrunningandacceptancecheckcanbeconducted.
1)thepreparationbeforetrailrunning:
Hopbyhoptestduringpapermachinetrailrunning,frominitiativedrivetoslavedrive;
firstaccessoryequipmentandthenmainmachine;
andthenchecktheadjustmentequipmentandpressureequipmentandsoon;
startingfromlowspeedandthenspeedup.
2)firstlyconnectthewater,electricityandsteamsource,andthentestthewater,electricityandsteamsupplytoguaranteethenormalproduction.
3)aftercompletingthebasicbuildingprojectsandplantcleaningtoguaranteethatnoobstaclewillinfluencethenormalproduction.
4)checktheaccessoryequipmentandelectricalequipmentofeachpartandpipelineandconfirmthatnoproblemwillinfluencethenormalproduction.
5)checkthesundriesonfeltandcheckthefillconditionofoiltoavoidoilstarvationwhentrailrunning;
Checktheloosedscrewandsundriesontherack.
6)checkthemanualadjustmentoneachpartofthepapermachinetoguaranteethefastening,suchasthefasteningofliftingmachineandpressureequipmentandtheairleakageofpneumaticequipment;
Thenadjustthecorrectorandelectrictensionertonormalcondition.
7)letdrivepartidle3-4hoursfromlowspeedtohighspeedandatleastone-hourhigh-speedidling.
8.Checklistneedtobenoticedduringtrailrunning:
1)checkthesundriesofallrollsandguaranteetheneatandtidyofrollsurface;
2)liftingthescraperswhenrunningthemachineandletbladestouchthedryersurface;
Fallingthescraperwhenstartingthemachineorstoppingthemachine.
3)allthedrivebearingandbearingbushmustbefilledwithoil;
Oncemattakeoffduringrunning,stopthemachineandcheckimmediately.
4)dryingmesh,felt,waterpumpandvacuumpumpneedwatersupplyduringtrailrunning;
Oncenowatersupply,stopthemachine;
strictlyprohibitidlingwithoutwater.
5)whenconnectingthesteamintothedryertomakethetrailrunning,thesteaminletmustbeslow,forbiddingover-dosesteamsupply(0.5kg/m2perhour)andavoidexceedingtheregulatedgagepressure;
thedryershouldequippedwithsteamseparatorinordertoremovethecoolwater,prohibitingcompletelyclosingthedrainvalvetoavoidexplosion;
thegagepressureforcorrugatedpaperis4-5Mpa;
thegagepressureforsafetyvalveis5Mpa;
Prohibittheoverpressureproduction.
6)whentrailrunningwithsteamconnecting,thefeltshouldbedewateredtoavoidunevenshrinkandinfluencethenormalproduction.
7)oncefindabnormalnoiseandphenomenonandbeating,stopthemachineandrepair.
9.Trailrunningprocedure
1)startthemachinebygroup,runthemachinefromlowspeed;
fromcylindermoldparttopresspart,dryerpart,sizingpart,calendaringpartandreelingpart,thespeedarrangementshouldbelowspeed----mediumspeed----highspeed----mediumspeed----lowspeed,thetotalrunningtimeis8-12hours;
Whenrunningatmediumspeed,thedryercanconnectintosteamandrun1-2hoursunderlowpressureandthenrun2-4hoursunderhighpressure,andatlastrunnotlessthan2hoursstoppingthesteamconnecting.
2)aftertheabovetrailrunning,checkanyproblemandthenremoveandcorrecttimely;
Andthencoverthefeltanddryingmeshandidlethemachinewithwatersupplyforabout6-8hours.
10.Trialrunningacceptanceitemsandrequirements
1)checkthebearingtemperature:
generallythetemperatureofantifrictionbearingislessthan70℃;
thetemperatureofslidingbearingislessthan60℃;
thetemperatureofpressurebearingfordryersteamingislessthan80℃.
2)checkeachpart’sspeedregulationequipmenttoguaranteetheflexibleoperationandcontrol,avoidingpull-apartofthefelt.
3)checktheflexibilityandreliabilityofeachmanual,pneumaticandelectricadjustmentequipment,suchaspneumaticcorrectorandelectrictensioner.
4)guaranteetheairtightofvacuumpump,suctionboxandallpipelines;
Guaranteethevacuumdegreemeetrequirement.
5)guaranteetheairtightandsealofaircompressorandallairpointspipelines;
Supplycompletelythecontrolvalve,stopvalve,pressuregage,pressurereducingvalveandsteamseparator.
6)guaranteetheflexibleoperationofpressroll,toughroll,couchroll,calendaringmachine,reelingmachineandpressureequipment.
7)guaranteethestablerunningofdrivegearanddrivepart;
Guaranteethenormallubrication;
nomattakeoffandnonoise.
8)guaranteethesealinggoodandnosteamleakageofthesteamadmissionheadondryer;
Guaranteethenormaldischargeofcoolingwaterandtheexpediteinflationofdryer.9)guaranteethenormalrunningofexhaustsystemofdryer.
10)guaranteetheflexibleandreliableoperationofdriveandspeedregulationequipmentandthenormaltemperature.
11)adjustallthemetersandsafetyvalvetoregulatedpressurestandardsandprohibitoverpressureproduction.
11.Start-stopoperationofcylindermoldpapermachine

A.thekeypointsofstart-stopoperationofcylindermoldpart:
a)Guaranteeeverypartofthecylindermoldpartisintactandremovethesundriesontheequipment,inparticularlyinsideandoutsidethefelt.
b)Slowlytensionthefelttotheregulated8-27N/cm.
c)Afterconfirmthatallequipmentisintactandnopeopleinthedangerousplaceopenthewaterspraypipeanddrivethefelttocrawlbypneumaticpressure.
d)Graduallytensionthefeltto40-45N/minandthenchecktheconditionoffeltsurfaceandfeltedge.
e)Slowlyspeedupthepapermachinefromnormalspeedandavoidslipping;
atthesametimekeepacloseeyeontheconditionoftherunningofthefeltandtheguidingequipment.
f)Afterstartingrunningadjustthetensiontorequiredamount;
atthebeginningofwithin24-48hours,thefeltwillbeelasticelongationabout1-3%andthenkeepstable.
