Technical requirementThe installation of cylinder mold paper machine must meet the technical requirement as following:1)there should be correct balance degree between each roll and each dryer, and at the same time the horizontal balanced line should be perpendicular to the vertical plane of longi

2、tudinal reference line of paper machine.2)the transverse center of each roll and each dryer should be within the vertical plane of paper machine.3)each roll and each dryer must be favorable levelness.4)there should be expansion clearance in operation side between each roll and each dyer.5)the drive

3、equipment should conform to the technical requirement, also the concentricity, balance degree, verticality levelness and the gear wheel engagement degree and bearing clearance. 6)all operation and adjustment equipment should be flexible and correct and easy to operate and adjust by technicians.7)no

4、cushioning on the adjoining plane under the rack and bearing bottom.8)when installing the same type right-side and left-side paper machine within the same plant , the longitudinal center line of the two paper machine should be parallel according to the drawing; And the center line of couch roll shou

5、ld be collinear; and the level of baseplate should be consistent.4. The protection of all kinds of rolls during constructionDuring construction, there should no collision and scratch on the surface of rolls, including felt roll, spread roll, press roll, couch roll, touch roll and so on, at the same

6、time anticorrosion of all rolls; as for the rubber roll, no touching with all kinds of oils and fats and also heat preservation needed during winter to avoid frost damage and aging.5. All the instrument and measure used during the installation of paper machine should be adjusted uniformly according

7、to the national measure standards and should be seriously adjusted when installing according to the new equipment size deviation.6. The general installation procedureBefore construction, there is the particular installation organization to design the construction scheme, and the general installation

8、 procedure is as following:1)confirm the baseline and find out the center line of baseplate;2)install the baseplate and assemble the rack;3)assemble the cylinder mold part (high position box, couch roll and dewater components and so on);4)assemble the press part (each press roll should be balanced a

9、nd the eccentricity should be consistent);5)assemble the dryer part (arrange the dryers in order and keep the balance between dryers);6)assemble the calender machine;7)assemble the sizing machine(only for who has the sizing machine);8)assemble the reeling part;9)assemble the drive part (including ge

10、ar box, speed reducer, coupling, cardan shaft and motors).7. Comprehensive trail running and acceptance checkAfter all the above is completed, the comprehensive trail running and acceptance check can be conducted.1)the preparation before trail running: Hop by hop test during paper machine trail runn

11、ing, from initiative drive to slave drive; first accessory equipment and then main machine; and then check the adjustment equipment and pressure equipment and so on; starting from low speed and then speed up. 2)firstly connect the water, electricity and steam source, and then test the water, electri

12、city and steam supply to guarantee the normal production.3)after completing the basic building projects and plant cleaning to guarantee that no obstacle will influence the normal production.4)check the accessory equipment and electrical equipment of each part and pipeline and confirm that no problem

13、 will influence the normal production.5)check the sundries on felt and check the fill condition of oil to avoid oil starvation when trail running; Check the loosed screw and sundries on the rack.6)check the manual adjustment on each part of the paper machine to guarantee the fastening, such as the f

14、astening of lifting machine and pressure equipment and the air leakage of pneumatic equipment; Then adjust the corrector and electric tensioner to normal condition.7)let drive part idle 3-4 hours from low speed to high speed and at least one-hour high-speed idling.8. Check list need to be noticed du

15、ring trail running:1)check the sundries of all rolls and guarantee the neat and tidy of roll surface;2)lifting the scrapers when running the machine and let blades touch the dryer surface; Falling the scraper when starting the machine or stopping the machine.3)all the drive bearing and bearing bush

16、must be filled with oil; Once mat takeoff during running, stop the machine and check immediately.4)drying mesh, felt, water pump and vacuum pump need water supply during trail running; Once no water supply, stop the machine; strictly prohibit idling without water.5)when connecting the steam into the

17、 dryer to make the trail running, the steam inlet must be slow, forbidding over-dose steam supply (0.5kg/m2 per hour) and avoid exceeding the regulated gage pressure; the dryer should equipped with steam separator in order to remove the cool water, prohibiting completely closing the drain valve to a

18、void explosion; the gage pressure for corrugated paper is 4-5Mpa;the gage pressure for safety valve is 5Mpa;Prohibit the overpressure production. 6)when trail running with steam connecting, the felt should be dewatered to avoid uneven shrink and influence the normal production.7)once find abnormal n

19、oise and phenomenon and beating, stop the machine and repair.9. Trail running procedure1)start the machine by group, run the machine from low speed; from cylinder mold part to press part, dryer part, sizing part, calendaring part and reeling part, the speed arrangement should be low speed -medium sp

20、eed-high speed-medium speed-low speed, the total running time is 8-12 hours; When running at medium speed, the dryer can connect into steam and run 1-2 hours under low pressure and then run 2-4 hours under high pressure, and at last run not less than 2 hours stopping the steam connecting.2)after the

21、 above trail running, check any problem and then remove and correct timely; And then cover the felt and drying mesh and idle the machine with water supply for about 6-8 hours. 10. Trial running acceptance items and requirements1)check the bearing temperature: generally the temperature of antifrictio

22、n bearing is less than 70;the temperature of sliding bearing is less than 60;the temperature of pressure bearing for dryer steaming is less than 80.2)check each parts speed regulation equipment to guarantee the flexible operation and control, avoiding pull-apart of the felt.3)check the flexibility a

23、nd reliability of each manual, pneumatic and electric adjustment equipment, such as pneumatic corrector and electric tensioner.4)guarantee the air tight of vacuum pump, suction box and all pipelines; Guarantee the vacuum degree meet requirement.5)guarantee the air tight and seal of air compressor an

24、d all air points pipelines; Supply completely the control valve, stop valve, pressure gage, pressure reducing valve and steam separator.6)guarantee the flexible operation of press roll, tough roll, couch roll, calendaring machine, reeling machine and pressure equipment. 7)guarantee the stable runnin

25、g of drive gear and drive part; Guarantee the normal lubrication; no mat takeoff and no noise.8)guarantee the sealing good and no steam leakage of the steam admission head on dryer; Guarantee the normal discharge of cooling water and the expedite inflation of dryer. 9)guarantee the normal running of

26、 exhaust system of dryer.10)guarantee the flexible and reliable operation of drive and speed regulation equipment and the normal temperature.11)adjust all the meters and safety valve to regulated pressure standards and prohibit overpressure production.11. Start-stop operation of cylinder mold paper

Start-stop operation of cylinder mold partA. the key points of start-stop operation of cylinder mold part:a) Guarantee every part of the cylinder mold part is intact and remove the sundries on the equipment, in particularly inside and outside the felt.b) Slowly tension the felt to the regu

28、lated 8-27N/cm.c) After confirm that all equipment is intact and no people in the dangerous place open the water spray pipe and drive the felt to crawl by pneumatic pressure.d) Gradually tension the felt to 40-45N/min and then check the condition of felt surface and felt edge.e) Slowly speed up the

29、paper machine from normal speed and avoid slipping; at the same time keep a close eye on the condition of the running of the felt and the guiding equipment.f) After starting running adjust the tension to required amount; at the beginning of within 24-48 hours, the felt will be elastic elongation about 1-3% and then keep stable.B. key points for normal operation:a) Check the lubrication oil su
