　　装置技能需求、装置质量直接影响插秧机的作业质量。

因而,装置后应到达以下技能需求:

一是各运动件装置后,转变应活络,无磕碰、卡阻表象,对运动件应加注光滑油。

　　插秧机装置调整后,要进行试作业,在作业中查验装置质量。

若是发现问题,应及时扫除,使插秧机处于最佳技能状况,投入作业。

按插秧机运用说明书的需求,给发动机加足燃油,对各部位加注机油或黄油。

起动发动机,待发动机作业平稳后,让插秧作业部件空作业10～15min,调查能否作业活络。

按操作需求,驾驭插秧机在平坦的道路上行走,调查发动机的作业状况。

如:

插秧机传动组织、行走体系能否正常,转向离合器能否转向自若等。

3.1插秧的株距、深度、株数的调整

　　一是插秧的株距调整。

应依据水稻种类、禾苗巨细、大田肥质等断定插秧的株距。

株距经过株距调理手柄进行调整。

它有标为70、80、90的3个档位,对应的株距分别为147、131、117mm,根本穴数分别为21万、24万、27万穴/hm2。

二是插秧深度的调整。

依据农艺出产需求,机插秧深度应到达“不漂不倒,越浅越好”。

早稻的插秧深度通常为10mm,插秧深度调理是经过插秧深度调理手柄来调整,共有4个档位,往上为浅,往下为深。

还可经过换装浮板支架上6个插孔来调理插深。

三是每穴禾苗株数的调整。

水稻种类不一样,每穴禾苗株数也不一样。

通常每穴禾苗为3～5株,如不对,应经过调理纵向取秧量和横向送秧量来调理秧针取秧量,然后改动机插时每穴株数。

调理手柄方位每调整一档,就改动取苗量1mm。

手柄向左调,取秧量增多;

向右调,取秧量削减。

通常先固定横向送秧的档位方位后,再用手柄改动调整纵向取秧量,以确保机插后每穴有合理的禾苗数[3-4]。

　　科学挑选插秧作业道路、合理安排装秧地址,可进步插秧作业功率。

主要有2种作业道路。

第1种:

插秧时,先在田埂周围留下1排即4行宽的地步。

插秧机从田块的左侧下田插第1排。

然后紧靠第1排,插第2排,顺次进行。

最终沿田埂附近插完留下的一排,插秧机再出田。

第2种:

第1排直接靠田埂左侧下田插秧,田头两头留2排即8行宽的地步,然后一排紧靠一排插秧,当插到田的右侧时,留1排4行宽的地步,再把田头2排8行插完,再插田的右侧留下的一排,插秧机再出田。

　　3.3把握操作技能,精心驾驭

　　这是进步机插秧质量和攫取高产的重要环节。

在插秧作业时,一是插秧机要坚持匀速行进,不能忽快忽慢或频频停机。

作业行走道路要坚持直线性,行走中尽量不必捏转向手把或强烈扳动扶手架方法来纠正插秧机行进作业的直线性,以防急弯形成漏插或重插。

二是边插秧边调查,发现问题,及时处理扫除。

一起注重送苗辊在苗箱槽口的作业状况,若发现槽口有秧根或粘土,要及时停机整理,避免影响插秧质量。

三是初装禾苗或禾苗悉数插完后,有必要把插秧机苗箱移到最左或最右侧,以确保栽插质量。

　　3.4插秧机的保护保护

　　一是每天作业后,要整理插秧机上的泥土杂物等。

二是整理洁净后,查看发动机、齿轮箱中的油料,缺乏时增加。

对各运动、冲突部位加注机油或黄油进行光滑。

三是查看调整。

对整机上各紧固螺丝、螺帽进行查看,发现松动要及时紧固;

对主离合器、插秧离合器、秧针与导轨的空隙、秧针与苗箱的空隙等进行查看调整。

四是整个操作作业过程中,机手要注重安全。

对插秧机进行保护保护时,要在发动机熄火的状况下进行,以防发作事端。
